  • Process Yield is used to measure performance of the process. How good the process is and how many defective parts process is producing. This video also covers the difference between First Pass Yield, First Time Yield and Rolled Throughput yield with help of animated examples.

    I think there is a mistake in the last example:
    The second process output is 8, so the total units in the third process is 8 , sectioned to 1 rework 1 reject so the good parts should be 7 not 8
