"Adagio" means "slow" in Italian, and is used in musical notation ( like "presto -"fast). It is the name popularly given to a slow composition by 18th century composer Albinoni, adapted in the late 20th century. Lara used this "slow" music to her own lyrics, and the song "Adagio" was born.

Adagio is a musical instruction to play the composition at a slow tempo. Like Allegro is kind of the contrary, meant to play the composition in a fast, bright way ;)
The only person that makes me feel music like her is Angelina Jordan and I sincerely hope that when she grows up she can follow on Lara's steps 💖 Of course, the ranges for now are different, but the emotion is there!

Agagio is the name of the classical peice or melody used for this song. It was composed in the 1600s by Tomaso Albinoni
Seems like it wasn't composed by Albinoni after all, but Remo Giazotto.
@@macadamia8662 there is a debate abt it, giazotto himself claims around the mid 20tg century to have have found fragments of albinoni in the Italian archives. And have based this peace on those fragments in the baroque style of Albinoni’s time
