Messi is one of a kind.My mom s husband is a former football coach and big fan of football. It just irritates and annoys me to death that he still thinks Maradona is the best player ever to have played.Even after World cup when he was forced to admit Messi won them the cup,he still said Maradona was the better player.Next time I visit,I make him watch 3 hour highlight reel about Messis best moments.Just think about 86 solo goal against England.Messi made similar goals at will against better defenders.1970 and 1980`s footballers were at different level than today`s.Only after football started to really get more international from youth academies upwards,it started really progressing.

What happened in the MLS with Messi's arrival as a show, every single sport in the world is a show, was expected. You bring the best player of this football era ( sorry I am European) plus three monster from Barsa's best years and it is like watching the Globetrotters every game. They may get two or three scores against but at the other side of the field one has the assurance of enjoyment experiencing how ootball of the big leagues is played.
About the future of the MLS without Messi, Suarez, Busquet and Alba? It depends of the MLS management, but it will be tough keeping the standards and quality if the league is not refreshed with top notch world's high competition leagues players.
Unfortunately, at international level, the MLS, belongs to the CONCACAF, a second or even third tier level of football. This does not help at all, but we cannot change neither geography nor people's appetite consuming baseball or any other sport brought to them by America more than century ago.

But back to Tata they had a Great young Talent and we already watch Tata wining with Atlanta United the MLS ( I though after that he will be Hire for USMNT and then he went to Mexico :( ) Martino knows his Job and they will play good with out Messi, Never the same, Great Video.

That to see a very mediocer team in a meriocer league that was placed near bottem of that league. In Europe, atleast where I am from, these season tickets are 1 to 2 hunderd Euro`s cheaper if you want to see a top 7 team in the league (with some exceptions ofcource)

@dj_jx why not do some research into the name SOCCER? It originated from England in the 1880's and the term SOCCER was used a lot (with Football), especially in the UK and it colonies until the 1960s and 70s.
SOCCER was derived from "ASSOCIATED" Football. The UK even had magazines called Soccer Star, Soccer Weekly and Soccer Monthly. Even now, one of the most popular football magazines on the planet is called "WORLD SOCCER", plus we also have SOCCER 360.
Get a grip of yourself, most people will not give a crap if the term SOCCER or Football is used? I'm originally from London, and of course, there will be some who think they own the name and struggle with change in an ever evolving world. However, It's not suicide to say SOCCER at the next WC, as it wouldn't even make a dent in the 2026 ratings.
Btw, In the USA, Canada and Australia they already have their own popular versions of Football... what else do you expect them to call the round ball game? Especially, as they got the name SOCCER, from the English Football Association in the first place.
As for MrMAiLA, the CZcamsr who put this together, he appears to be to be just starting out, so, do you have ANY positive feedback for him (that doesn't consist of bullying or talking down to him?) And because of your reply, I have subscribed to this channel to encourage MrMAiLA to keep up the good work... Hopefully, you will do the same?
