Thanks for touring this floorplan! It's one of our best-selling Avenue floorplans! ❤
This model is a winner in our opinion, lots of nice touches 🙂
We sold our house in July and bought this trailer in November. We live in it full-time traveling and with a home base, couldn't be happier with it. Pulling it with a 22 F350 with the 7.3 gas engine in 4.30 rear end. It has absolutely no trouble pulling it. Payload on the truck is 4100 lb. You nailed the tongue weight, it's 2400 loaded.
I have the 3.73 gears with the 7.3, wonder how it would do with this trailer
@@tim9324 I think it would pull it just fine. Be my guess you would be about one gear lower than I am and probably shift a little bit more frequently. On flat ground all stay in tenth gear, and gently rolling hills I'll drop to 9th or 8th.
Love the water panel, best we’ve seen in long time
Thanks for the video! Its now Jan 2024, just left the Tampa TV Show & saw the new 29 RL. Very similar but new color scheme, no more farmhouse, yay! The bedrm has no slide, has 9,300 dry weight. Pretty sure they listened to you about the soft close drawers.
It’s pretty, but it needs a dishwasher! I think every RV needs a dishwasher, though. Being a full timer, that’s something I can’t live without. I do love that there’s no carpet! Carpet is a pain in an RV because you have to have a place to store the vacuum cleaner. Or, if you’re a weekend warrior, you have to drag the vacuum out to the rig in the yard, or even worse, up to the storage facility just to clean what amounts to 10 to 20 sq ft of carpet! Good design choice there!
Every rv does not need a dishwasher since not every purchaser is a full timer. Options is the name of the game.
This is the current first place holder as my replacement RV in 2 years. Thanks for the video. I have a 2022 F350 crew cab 6.7L with 3865 pounds of payload.
Thanks for showing this unit. Too bad having a few issues in bathroom area.
Love the rear living room layouts, those windows are nice!
Great layout for the bedroom and bathroom! You’re right, JD, the color scheme gives the unit a different feel. Light, airy. I like it a lot!
Really like the color scheme of the interior
Just want to say that I LOVE that this comes with a side by side fridge. I'm 6' 3" and hate having to bend over to get stuff out of the bottom freezers that come with most of these residential fridge RV's. I love being able to open the side freezer door and the most common items (ice cream and ice cubes) are up high where I can get them without bending over. I'm surprised you didn't mention it as it's rather unique.
Thanks for showing the front storage area. 😊
looks nice just would like to see the state of the camper after 5 years only then I will pronounce myself
Nice attention to details.
nice couples unit safe travels
Excellent video like always 😊
Looked at this camper, at a local dealer, the valances were coming loose, the cushions on the dinette looked like a cat had warmed up its claws on it, and it was just blah. We decided on a different unit with a long history of reliability, Azdel walls and a little lighter by a thousand pounds. Couldn’t be happier with the choice. Coachmen 336TSIK
Walked thru this model recently, and we really liked it. Might actually push us into trading up, we shall see!
I've watched probably hundreds of tours and walked in as many at rv shows. I'm absolutely convinced I'm not going to find the perfect rv unless I have luxe or new horizon build one and I don't have the money for that. Every single one has design flaws or quality issues. 5 years I've been researching and I need a new fulltime rig in the 75k price range max. Top contender right now is Rockwood for it's quality but it's interior neutral scheme would have to be addressed with some added color.
So odd how a single bedroom & bath has more entertaining space & seating than the two bedroom or the bunkhouse you just reviewed. Love the living room & kitchen but just wouldn’t want my kids to have to sleep there. I like the natural wood & white combo a lot more than I thought I would too!
This exactly the max tow capacity of my 2019 F250 XLT. With 3.73 gears, 4x4, super crew, 6.2L gasser: 12.5k, and has 3200 lbs of cargo capacity!
Nice unit at a fairly decent price.
Skipped the fridge, assuming it’s 12v
I love the open and airy feel of the living /kitchen, but I'm not a fan of the bathroom/bedroom area. There isn't a lot of outdoor storage. I do love Alliance and their products.
Thanks again for bringing us great videos.
Why do avenues appear to have a better couch and theater seat then the paradigm’s do? I like a stationary cup holder in the center arm rest vs a fold down arm rest w/cup holder.
Needs slam latches on all outside doors for price level. 😊
Not bad at all
I like it although I wish room for a W/D could be made.
A lot of bang for your buck! No luxtury, which is a plus
Would you say that if I had a dodge diesel it would be better to have a 2500 or 3500 for pulling this
This rig definitely hit all of my wife's boxes. The only no no is the dismal basement storage. We need a slide out tray to store the e-bikes. Also putting the water works in the storage compartment is a total waste of space.
Why would they put outlet up above for a coffee maker?
Sealed underbelly? How is it rated for hot/cold temps?
The bathroom needs a lot. It looks like they used the cheapest stuff they could. The faucets and shower etc.
What year was this model?
The bathroom coming apart was disappointing. Shouldn't be happening. Sure you can glue it back but they should use different design bathroom where this can't happen.... kinda understand why people say RVs are junk.
What’s it’s length?
It's OK, Flagstaffs are so much better equipped and lighter for towing.
Whats the refrigerator...
Brochure says 16cu ft /12V
It’s concerning that the unit was released from the factory with those panels in the bathroom in the condition they were in. Quality control is substandard. Deal breaker.
Thumbs up if you wanna seat toilet seating tests like I do
that should be fixed NOW. not when trying to sell the unit.
Needs medicine cabinet in bathroom...otherwise...Perfect!!!
very tiny, tiny and tiny again storage bay for a 5th. ???
The unit was great until you reached the bathroom! I’m sorry but based on the issues, I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole! No thank’s. And at that price!?!
Looks like I need to trade my 3500 long bed for a dually 2500 or 3500 Ram.😢
Huh? Lol dude a 250 can tow this..no issue.
I will take my chaparral 298rls over this. No comparison.
We have a 336TSIK and agree! Chapparal has a decent reputation.
