- Hi guys! come on in the kitchen with me while I cook these pork steaks. I seasoned the meat with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley flakes and a little season salt. The paprika helps with the coloring of the gravy. I also used chicken broth instead of water.... Ya'll I really wanted those bell peppers lol Thanks for spending time with me in the kitchen.

I love to use bell peppers and onions too. I'm from the south so It may be a southern thing. When I was a kid I was a picky eater and never ate onions peppers but my mom and grandma cooked with them often. Now I use them all the time in my food and love them. Great recipe, I'm about to make this for dinner. Thanks for sharing.

Similar to how I smother pork chops, except I brown the meat first, then do the onion. Also, I don't wash the meat anymore. It's just not necessary and increases risk of contamination. Looks wonderful!

I know this taste Delicious but any leftovers you store in the fridge you will see a lot of fat when it's cold stored that is what your told can build up in arteries that is trans fats from high fat meats , also it's hard to get rid of it ,it may be the cause of gout ,I've found this is true myself I have limited trans fats now.

Pork steak do have bones. I have a pack that says pork state with bone.
