Thanks for this. Bought this exact heater and was struggling to figure out how to light it up. I agree with your review of the product. Its not as warm as my electric heater and the gassy smell it gives off us quite sickening to me.

Hi there, just bought the same product as well. I am a bit concerned about the 2 holes on each side of the stem of the heater head. Are they for air intake or what?

Hello... The holes are there to light up the heater in a safer way. Set your matchstick behind the hole.

Does it have to make a hissing sound?

Yes that's normal, just make sure you securely screwed the head properly and you not having a strong gas smell (gas leak)

Thank you for helping us with our heater. What does the little velve do thats on the head? Does it adjust height or control the gas flow?

Yah.. I also feel like it's chowing too much. Maybe try not opening the valve wide open (if you're doing so).. open slightly, as you hear the gas starts flowing then light up. I have a 5kg, and use it for heater and cooking and lasts easy over a week.

This myt seem like a silly question, but we do remove the rubber at the bottom ryt? Every video skips that part. I just want to make sure.

No silly question. If you referring to the plastic(white) cap at the bottom. Yes, you must remove in order to screw the head onto the cylinder.
