Up here in Maine I use slot of watermelon seed bull frog they hit it pretty hard. There's some good spots up here but too much land is privately owned and ppl are hard asses when u ask to fish. My boy is a he'll of a fisherman he would love to fish with u guys and uncle si lol
Love the content. Newer fisherman myself. Could you actually show how you work the rod and reel in for them to bite? All of the other videos as well just show the very tip of the rod and I can’t figure out the actual “how”

No it’s a Spro. I like brown frogs and he was the only one I could find.
Does it hurt the fish when you take out the hook then throw it back in pond?
Is there anyone who can tell me what kind of rod and reel Martin is using? I used a Zebco spin cast for most of my life and recently upgraded to a Pflueger spinner reel. After I get the hang of my new spinner, I’d like to purchase a nice bait cast reel. I figure whatever Martin uses is gonna be good.
