This was an absolute banger video and I loved it. I've known several close friends who have bouts of mania and they are never as coherent as you were in this video. You had some great points about a lot of topics in that video. I'm lucky enough to not suffer from any several mental health issues but I will get some pretty bad anxiety and don't feel mentally "all there" if I can't get enough sleep. I like how you explained how you keep track of your sleep in a journal.
