Rode to Queen Street tonight, forgot to stop at the Nirvana house like I told a viewer I would - SORRY!
I lost focus because a driver had forfeited their right of way randomly, and it distracted me just as I was coming up to the street LOL - Hope you enjoy the ride.

Hey, just came across your channel on my feed. I ride a lot in the dark too, but not usually in a metro area. The footage is pretty clear for night footage. What camera do you use?

Dji Osmo Action 4 - 30 FPS with most of the settings set to automatic on the highest brightness. Thanks for your comment - the camera is not without it's flaws in more lower lit areas there is a lot of motion blue so you'd need a good bike light if you want your footage to not be blurry at night in the country side. that's what's nice about the city, the shop signs and other cars make the clearer footage possible where as when I ride in some dakrer areas you will notice an ugly motor blur. - I also run my shutter speed at 1-100 on auto and at night it's usually running at 100 constantly. - usually for shutter speed they tell you that you should double the FPS, but the best results I've gotten is the setting 1-100 automatic. 60 shutter speed is too much motion blur.
By the way, the newest generation of cameras should be coming out in the fall, so if you wait the price on current generation cameras will come down, or you could splurge the 650 dollars(cad) it'll probably cost for the new model.
