- My tablet forced the video to end and for this to be made into two parts, so sorry for all the shakiness in the beginning, because I dropped my charger in the process of getting the video to start up again.
Also, I'm really pretty much an amateur at this, and I know it's fairly shaky, so sorry for that!
The fact that Jared made hints about Destiel and made fun of Jensen and Jensen just smiled and laughed at it.. i love it

Honestly, I don't blame Misha one bit for having them removed sometimes for his coverage after hearing the story at JIB about the day of badgering and the paper airplane. XD It makes for great gag reel material, but sometimes I think it crosses the line. Of course, Jensen did also say at that con that they tease Misha the most because they like him the best, so there's that. :)
do not apologies for deviding the video or the shakiness! i really just appreciate that you recorded it and post it cause i personally do not get to go to these cons but i can see them now through the lense of great fans like ur self ! so thanks!

Thanks ya Noha, your kind words really made my day, You know my package included autographs with Jensen, the two Marks, Sebastian, and Jared whom I told I hope he makes it to Egypt one day, and he said that he really wants to, and he asked me if I'd been there recently. I actually had a conversation with Mark Pellegrino about Egypt which was really cool!

Don't you just love how if a fan mentions Dean/Cas, in any context at a convention, they are mistreated and harassed by certain extremists in the fandom, but Jared freely teases Dean/Cas romantically and fans ask about their man!crushes and everything is fine. Just goes to show that the reason why shippers are harassed isn't their questions but the fact that they don't treat slash ships as a joke. They actually believe these ships have merit and potential to be taken seriously in the established canon. But that is somehow offensive. But if you just want to get a rise from people? If you just want attention or to make people laugh, then queer relationships and questions are fair game. What a disgusting culture you see on some of these events. But like Jensen says, "You're not supposed to really have a man crush," Right Jensen because men liking one another isn't "supposed" to happen. Thanks for the memo.
This is also the man who thought drinking out of a straw wasn't manly thanks to his father. It's not his fault. He was raised in TEXAS; that was his upbringing. It's not supposed to be offensive.
Heather Keefe I think one of the main themes in Supernatural is that people shouldn't be bound by their upbringing, that they should become their own person and do what they personally believe is right regardless of what they've been told is supposed to be right, so I really don't agree with saying a mature adult's behaviour isn't their fault because of their upbringing.
Whether you take offence to what someone says is different to whether what they said was hateful or not. Tbh even people who were there and heard every word clearly talk at conventions can't always be taken as 100% accurate representations about a person's views. They might be nervous and what they say may come out differently to their intent, maybe their correction of what they misspoke isn't as widely spread as the mistake, they may forget or not notice the mistake - plus people's opinions often change.
Do you even read these things for real and not just the propaganda? Jensen doesn't personally agree with Destiel but he hasn't given people shit for it, it was actually fans who did that in reaction to what they THOUGHT he said.
I don't think Jensen likes talking about certain things PUBLICLY. And I mean not only Destiel or man crushes, but a lot of things in regards to sexuality / romance / "cheesy" stuff, etc. He has the right to not talk about what he doesn't want to talk about in front of a live audience without being demonized (for absolutely no reason). He clearly does not mean to be rude or disrespectful towards anyone.
SophisticatedLunatic I honestly think this is the case. Jensen has mentioned being quite shy, and it's very likely that he's just not comfortable with his ability to tackle questions pertaining to delicate topics like that without offending someone or bumbling over it, so it ends up coming off as him being rude. I have the same exact issue, and this just tends to happen sometimes. In my own *personal* opinion, I dislike the shipping because I think it kind of belittles their relationship, not at all because of the homosexual implication, but because what they share is very unique and much closer to a family bond, which is extremely important to Dean, and Castiel as well, since his own brothers and sisters are constantly trying to kill him. It comes off, to me, the same way as assuming a male character and female character that are not related and also share any kind of close/intimate bond must apparently be attracted to each other or wanting a relationship with the other. It just cheapens their relationship to me. However, that is my opinion, and I respect that there are many, many voices out there who will disagree, and that's perfectly alright :) (Sorry for the long post~)
