Bromic trouble shooting report

One of the two Bromic heat lamps recently installed is not heating up. I do some diagnostics on the lamps and the controllers to figure out what the source of the problem might be - breakers, wiring, lamps or controller. (TLDR - it is the controller I believe; one of the channels is NG)
