To read the Quran more if you read some read more and if you understand some it is better than none. The closer you get to Allah is better. And if you don't you may not be ready for that part yet that Allah has not prepared you yet, but when he prepares you he'll give you the understanding and when you do it's amazing.
Shaddad ibn Aws narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said;
"The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is to say the following dua.
If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it,
and dies on the same day before the evening,
he will be from the people of Paradise;
And if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it,
and dies before the morning,
he will be from the people of Paradise.”
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لا إِلَهَ إِلا
أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُك
وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ
أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ
أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ
وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي
فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلا أَنْتَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa
Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka,

The Prophet ﷺ said
If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud,
Then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things:
he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ،
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika,
min ‘adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You,
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,
And from the trials and tribulations of life and death,
And from the evil affliction of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal

@@EQN888 I do not have any power over them to be selfish; Saying this means people are leaving the channel since they put too many ads all of a sudden; ads should be in the beginning and end of the video not every 5 minutes; for me, I already found other channels that I can listen to while sleeping and that I can watch without ads but you have to know google AdSense can't be controlled to choose what you are promoting; I was a sleep I woke up to of musicians ads, nothing Islamic in promoting musicians; they are doing good yes but there are other ways to gain passive income that are a thousand time better than ads of gambling sites and music selling websites
