Fun video! I'd suggest adding some bark, perlite and charcoal to the moss for your orchid. I find they like to grow around the chunks with their roots.

so cool :D i love rearanging my plants, feels refreshing and also i can take a better look at my plants and appriciate them from a different angle. I also noticed that it takes them time to look kinda like "grown in" to the new place because new light angle etc, but once they do it will look more natural like they had always beed there. Curious about next two parts ^-^

Me neither! So usually a soil free mix is a great alternative. So far it’s doin fine no bugs🙌🏽
Hey Lauren, since you are the Lecha Queen I need your advice. I have a huge varigated Frydek with 8 pups in hydro. Usually with soil the plant goes into shock when transplanting. Is that the same with hydro? The pups are getting larger and I want to stabilize them before they get too leggy. I need your advice. I’m not on FB so this is my only chance to contact you. Thanks for the video too.

Why didn’t you cut it way back? When you got to Texas? What do you do with all the pots when you throw out the pots.
Which plant are you referring to? And if it’s plastic nursery pot depending on the size I save it otherwise I jus throw it away
Do you have spider might issues with your Frydek? I can’t keep them off of mine, which is so disappointing because it’s a beautiful plant.
Oh yes girl..every few months I’m retreating. Usually the neem oil dish soap and water mix will help for a while. You can be proactive (which I am not lol) and spray each new leaf down after they fully emerge. And that’ll give you even more protection.

I believe it is a monkey tail cactus. Some say rat tail cactus it’s up for debate 🤷🏽♀️

Donkeys tail and burros tail are the same thing
that's because a burro is a donkey
Actually, they are not. Donkeys tails are more elongated and oval. Burros tails are short and rounded. You are on yt go have a look at the differences.
I’m not sure..I think they’re very slightly different in the shape. but they do look extremely similarly. Either way I love them both!
Actually the Cactus is a Monkey tail and a Burro tail is a succulent.
