The fantastic thing about this case is MR Ijaz ul Ahsan, a supreme court judge, and now for sure enjoying all the perks too. He was part of the judgment team of Nasla tower and Constitution One Avenue Tower. In Nasla tower this morally corrupt person favored demolation. But in Constitution One Avenue Tower he asked the contractor/owner to pay very little amount of money to CDA....It is only the difference of "domicile". Something similar can be seen in Bani gala regularization case.
