Tbolt has always been the move for DD in GL. You’re thinking of UL where rock slide is typically more standard.

I think you are confused at around 13min. Thunderbolt is for so many seasons the standard on Deoxys in GL. In UL people run more Rock Slide on it. But currently that one is a little bit changing. A few people run both Rock/Electric on Deoxys but that is rare to see.
I've seen someone not run Psycho Boost before and it is quite rare.
Rock Slide works okay cuz it is a cheaper coverage against flyers but you won't be able to hit water types with it and people will sometimes miscount and assume its a Psycho Boost as well. It is there to serve to hit some types for a bit cheaper energy cost but Thunderbolt is the way to go just because Steel Types will wall off Deoxys if it does not have Thunderbolt.
Rock is mostly considered just if people want to hunt Charizard in general but more preferred in the UL if anything.
Definitely laggy for me mate. At one point I was dropping so many frames that my altaria had the full animation between each dragonbreath, obviously outputting way slower than it should.

I'm running this team with ferrothorn in the middle instead of regi and shadow swampert. Works great! but yeah regular swampert would be better.

I see a couple of Registeels but with flashcanon countering Gligars.
Gligar Meta, ZapCannon/Focus Blast both get single resisted so might as well go with a move that hits them for neutral.
I think people dropped Registeel because the nerf to fliers made Medicham more or less omnipresent. The recent Psychic Spectacular also made Medicham very accessible for people to build.
That makes a lot of sense tbh
It still remains as a top pick but with the meta changes, more Gligar have been around and Lanturn already beats Registeel with that Spark buff so it is quite reasonable to not see much Registeel around either tbh. More pokemon also have access to Scorching Sands or see more play which can beat Registeel as well so it also just makes them less common picks but still remains as a good pokemon in our storage.

I don’t play this line but a similar with normal swampert.
It depends. EQ is really weak now on normal swampert, but you need it for Lanturn and other haily Mary desperation situations.
There are some situations where I would like sludge but finally I play with EQ.
But swampert depends on the ELO range. If you are in the CZcams copy Team range, everyone is playing serperior, if not swampert works really fine.
Charizard didn’t work out in some ELO ranges too. I got 10 times in a row so extremely hatdcounters for it so I dropped it.
But I m finally total tiered of BL because of Medicham. And if the same happens in the UL with Steelix I ll make break till 2024.
The frame drops have been literally game breaking for me. Not played in 4 days because it pissed me off so much, had a 1-4 set that would have been positive if I could actually get off charge moves behind the single frame of the battle that was on my screen for seconds. Worst it's ever been for me.
What if i dont have registeel?
Thunderbolt hits Medicham for neutral without debuffing your attack whereas with Rock Slide forces you to Psycho Boost against it. I usually use DD as an anti-fighter so it makes sense to me
I'm currently at tier 18 & i see alot of registeel and trevenent & I'm tired of it 😭😭

Flyers are not much of a threat these days with Noctowl gone but the amount of Water types still exist quite common in general that are weak to Electric (not swampert)
Just having it already gives it alot of coverage against many things that would normally otherwise resist Rock but still have similar typings to hit.
Pelipper gets 1 shot if unshielded, Azumarill loses to Thunderbolt but not RockSlide, and importantly it lets you hit through Steel types like Registeel/A-Slash but you already have a fast move for that but the charge move pressure is just there to force shields.
Wait is shadow swampet worse in the meta overall or just on this team?
Just on this team. Generally don't want 2 shadows, gives you 2 pokemon that need shields.
This is a team with no safe switches. I wonder how he got to legend with no grass types and mantines in the lead😒
I tried it and first try i got a mantine in the lead, and a switch registeel against poliwrath with p-up punch👍👍👍👍

The lag isn't too bad for me, but I'm missing out on sooo many moves when the opponent throws a charge move. It's ridiculous. I thought this inconsistent fast move behavior was fixed ages ago.

Gligar is good for registeel if you have one just need counters for water/ice
If you want to destroy every registeel, run Golurk with mudslap. Double resists everything he throws

Not trying to be mean but I have a 2x broken nose which didn't get diagnose when I was smaller which causes me to not being able to breath through my nose... if you wanna edit out breathing for me feel free to hit me up
And yes I am planning on getting it fixed eventually but it's both a costy and painful thing to fix and will put me out of business for doing content for a bit which is also a reason why I haven't done that yet
