I just bought the sprayer for $59.95 and added a four year protection plan that covers everything, including me clogging it up, I think. Total price. $75. I don't think I went wrong. Thanks Matt!
The skil miter saw is the best value out there. Couldn’t be happier with it. Dust collection is pretty good, dead on from the factory , the clamp is fast and actually useful, shadow line. Put a cmt blade on it and I’m highly impressed. Their router combo can’t be beat

I just bought the skill miter saw and I love it. Sold my 12" Motobu which was a beast, dust maker and way too much for my small shop. Love the Skill
4:49 I second this - its a great little saw and this is $30 less than I paid for one 2 years ago. BTW, you can fold the legs, and place it on a table (I built one using the 3x3 customs setup) and it has little "feet" so that it can rest on a table. Able to hold a dado set as well.

Bosch sander isn't bad. Owned one for almost 2 years before it stopped working. I didn't realize how bad it was until I bought a Makita sander. It's so nice! Dust collection is phenomenal.
I have that same paint sprayer. Used it once and will never use it again. It's that bad. It takes more time to set up than it does to spray your actual project.

I just got the Skil table saw from Amazon that you recommended. The throat plate that came with with it is metal though not plastic. Seems like they upgrade that part.

Pulled the trigger on the Bosch sander. I need a good finish sander. Most say the Bosch is a little less aggressive than other sanders...sounds like a good fit for the 180/240 grits. My BO5030 Makita can wear the 80/120 grits and do the 'hog' work.

Based on your recommendation, I bought, the "Positioning Squares" and the :DFM Small Square". Ordered them last ling and they just arrived. Wow,,,,,, they are indeed quality tools! And you were right when you said act fast because the price might go back up. Today, they are $6 more expensive than last night!

Talked my dad into this saw got it at Menards less than a week ago for 220. Can't beat that price.
FYI I did purchase the Bosch 5-inch Sander from Amazon thinking I could use for sanding rounded corners. Unfortunately the pad is way too hard for that. I thought it would be more of a pliable (base). P.S. I really enjoy your channel. I was thinking of buying the Sop Fox jointer for my first one, any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Good tips. From my personal experience, I would avoid the Bosch sander like the plague.
Dang I should have read further down. Yeah Im stuck with it thought it would have had softer base.
Yours may be okay. I bought mine at a woodworking show a few years ago. The dust attachment fell apart after a few weeks. The pad went bad after a couple of months. Honestly it's the only bad experience I've ever had from Bosch tools. Their routers and jigsaws are great.@@davet8888

Hey there 👋 gloves are highly advised AGAINST when using most power tools, but especially ones with spinning blades. If the glove catches, it can pull the rest of your hand right into the blade, causing much more damage

I added the carpenter's square and the positioning squares to my cart and both entered with substantially higher prices. Positioning squares were $30 instead of $25 which I still got. The carpenter's square was way to high. Didn't see anything the click or enter to change it.

Depends on the tool. 10% could be $50 or more depending on the price of the tool. $50 is a good discount to me.

It really is a shame that your shop is just a backdrop or the equivalent of a movie set these days. I was just looking through all of your play lists and it looks like its been over 2 years since you have actually made something out of wood. Please if I am wrong let me know. I haven't actually watched any of your content in quite a long time. These days I just look at the title of your video and when I see its just another review of a product you were most likely sent for free I just move along. I do however look forward to the day you do actually make something again because watching you make farmhouse style furniture was really interesting.
Thanks for the feedback. I made a cutting board 3 months ago and a mini router table 6 months ago, so it's been sooner than 2 years lol. Also, I rarely get tools for free. We buy 95% of them.
You lost me when you said over $500 was a good price on a tool set.
Not true that with straight blades you need to replace the blade, you can just push one over, and the nicks go away.
Usually there is some kind of CA deal with these lists, this is the worst I have ever seen (not the objective, I get it), but tons of the stuff was 2X.
