I have 78 level hydregion in a game in the game opposite side is a garchomp which is about level 90 to 96 they fought but last my hydregion won with using only 2 dragon claw so in my opinion hydregion is the best pseudo legendary pokemon because he also defeated a salamance and giratina

I think Garchomp is the winner because of his strength and abilities . He has a lot of destructive moves like Giga Impact , Draco Meteor, Dragon rush, Dig , Dual Chop, Slash, Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast , Flamethrower, Dynamic Punch(confuse😅) etc.

Aur Cynthia ke garchomp ke pass ek hi fire type move he jo ki he flamethrower. But flamethrower se bhi kuch nehi hoga Steven ke mega Metagross ko. Kyuki Steven ka mega Metagross flamethrower se bhi jyada powerful move jo ki Blast burn ko saha he jo ki usska one hit ko move he usse sahatha woh bhi apne normal form me. Par tab bhi Steven ka Metagross ko ek kharoch tak nehi aai. To issileye jo bacha tha flamethrower woh bhi mega Metagross ko jyada damage nehi de sakta he. To Cynthia ka koi bhi move Steven ke mega Metagross ko damage nehi de sakti. Hnn Steven ke normal Metagross ko de sakti he but mega Metagross ko nehi. Agar by chance kuch galat hogaya to Steven ke pass protect he. but agar Steven attack kare to garchomp ko high amount me damage hojaiga jese flash cyanon, meteor mash aur psychic attack se. Hnn manta hu meteor mash aur flash cyanon garchomp par not very effective hoga but tab bhi garchomp ko high amount me damage hojaiga. Because ek primal from ka Kyogre........... primal Kyogre jese legendary Pokemon ko agar itna damage ho sakta he woh bhi not very effective hone ke bawajood to garchomp ko kyu nehi ho sakta. to issileye agar trainer wise battle hua to bhi Steven hi jeet jaiga. Bas yehi pe app galat the. Aur overall dekhe to ek dum jabardast vedio he.........iss series ko continue karo. Jese grass type tournament, fire type tournament etc.... Ye mera opinion he.✌️✌️👍👍

Well they can just like Mega Raquaza,Latio,Latias, Diance,Mew two did it .It's not nesseary pokemon need a Trainer to Mega Evolution or also they don't need a Mega Stone also.Exp:Rayquaza can Mega Evolved without Trainer or Mega Stone so also Mew Two can also Mega Evolved.
