You’re right about finding your people easier online than in real life! Especially for people who aren’t as the rest of the world is, it can be pretty lonely out there, with other people making you feel like you don’t belong or you’re weird for being the way you are. But in the online space, with all of us being connected, it’s much easier to find like minded individuals! ❤❤❤ The downside is, we don’t have that face to face connection, which I believe it’s normal to crave - even for someone like me, with social anxiety, I crave that meaningful, natural connection! But definitely, online is better than none at all, so I’m not complaining! 😊 Thank you for posting and for being your lovely self!

Hi Monica, I enjoyed watching your video today. I love seeing other parts of the world plus learning about different products. It’s very good that even with anxiety you are pushing through and doing better! If you haven’t tried Gucci nail polish I would recommend it. It dries really fast and it’s glossy without having to do top coat and lasts a long time with two coats. Have a great day!

Monika, have you tried the 5-5-5 technique while having anxiety? To name 5 things you can see, 5 things you can hear and 5 things you can smell around you? I find it helps me quite a lot! ❤
I am also looking for good pair of denim.. I read that those uncomfortable denim jeans takes time to adapt to your body, with few wears just molds to your shape. I think most important it’s not too tigh.. I get your struggle though. 😅Love the morning walk you had, so refreshing ☺️

Hi Monica I feel like if you lived in Canada were I was or vice versa we would be friends and our frienchie’s would be friends lol often when . You talk about some of the issues you face I can relate so much and it’s like talking to a friend who understands the complexity and challenges of anxiety and it helps me feel not so alone thank you for that I’m so glad Matty is back and that you have him in your life it really helps to have a partner to help support you I miss that part of being in a relationship ect however it’s different and difficult when your out of your 20’s to meet someone especially when you tend to be a introvert and isolate like myself anyways I’m rambling I ❤ the 2 of you and enjoy when you do four videos together! I played that zen music (that the restaurant played) all the time when I was in highschool. It would calm me down and help me concentrate. It made me laugh hearing it in the video. For a second, I was confused: Where is that sound coming from, is my mind messing with me? xD It took me a second.
