I was hoping for a new Deluxe Zemo that included a baggy mask alternate head, that would have been sick.

Excellent review. Walked into my local Walgreens looking for SWBS 187th Battalion CT and found this Guy 😊. I agree 100% with your comments. I substituted his sword with DS Loki’s Sword, PERFECT fit. No stretching hands lol

Thunderball is basically my grail, that I'm not willing to spend 150 bucks for. Thanks Walgreens for putting the Baron back up on the website, and capping how many one can buy so I could finally get this guy.
He's actually famous due to the classic 80s "siege of Avengers mansion" storyline when he formed the powerfullest version of the Masters of evil and overran Avengers mansion while kicking Black knight, Cap and Hercules asses! He'll go right with my other MOE members, Tiger shark, Grey Gargoyle, Whirlwind, Radioactive man, Scorpion, Shocker and Beetle.
Yeah that’s a great story but at that point (imo) he was just a cool bad guy. I think he became much more interesting post Thunderbolts.

It wouldn't' be hard for Hasbro to make a Heinrich Zemo. Just take the Red Skull/Dormammu Body, sculpt a new head, add a fur collar and boots and a modified Doctor Doom Tunic skirt piece. Easy peasy.
Seems like there's some discoloration with the elbows and the bicep+forearms.
If they do a Heinrich Zemo, I think reusing the majority of the Red Skull figure would work best for that baggy pants/body suit look.

I think its from the Wal-Mart(?) Comic Black Panther. The bucky cap one with the cape and spear. Unless Dreadknight came out before that Panther figure.

Watching Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes as a kid made me really love this character! It was kinda menacing to him outsmart the Avengers just to get back at Cap; which makes sense since his mask his burned into his face thanks to him 0_0
That show was great! One of the best Marvel cartoons but ZEMO was a beast waaaay before that haha.

He's the leader of the 4th incarnation of the Masters of evil which means that Hasbro needs to redo 3/4ths of the Wrecking crew on the new retro Herc buck. With only Wrecker needing new tooling due to his costume not being Cookie cutter like the other 3 members are. Need a classic Moonstone, Blackout, Fixer, Titania, Absorbing man, Deluxe 12' scale Goliath and new Mr Hyde with classic head sculpt.
This figure is so paralleled.😏

I guess I need to look up an overseas seller, because literally every Walgreens I walk into nowadays has garbage toy selection, with minimal to no space set aside for Legends figures. If they have any Legends at all, they're old ones, but even that seems less common.
Since Wade did an awesome job reviewing the 20th anniversary Captain America means that this new classic Baron Zemo will look great to fight against Captain America because he is the 2nd best Cap villains.
