It helps with CPU processing for audio as having alot of things open on your computer can disrupt audio quality.

For those of you who still didn't understood what ocean dump is: it's killing someone and throwing hin as far in the ocean as you can, so that EMS have to take a really long time to pick you up. Usually after this people in character cant remember what happened to them so they can't get their revenge. The reason why this act is considered as bad maner or toxicity is because you have to sit there in the ocean for like 40 minutes before EMS can find you and if you just click "respawn" button then your pockets are going to be wiped and in character you shouldn't be able to remember what happened to you. THats why it's cringe and no one should do that to others.
