Incredible to see so many people singing together. I agree with others that the lead vocalist left me flat. I’ve watched the original but also a version done by the Marsh Family. (If you don’t know about them, look them up on CZcams; two parents and their four kids sing some covers but more often relyriced songs and some of their own songs.)

Freddie had that type of voice that made you feel things, and he was good at that. It's hard to match that. But good effort!

It seems like people are being too critical of the lead vocalist. It sounded to me as if her first language isn't English, and her accent came through on the vocals because of it. She sang the song very well in my opinion, and as always the band performed brilliantly.

No, since the very beginning the scatting part vocals was horrible, she did a horrendous job with it since the beginning and it didn't suit her tone, she wasn't really in the right notes at times, it didn't had to do with her singing the lyrics, but with her overall preformance.

I felt you deserved the benefit of the doubt though, so I listened over it again, paying more attention to her vocals, and I still don't hear anything that justifies such a scathing remark. I get that it doesn't sound quite like how Freddie sang it, but guess what ... It's not Freddie singing. Of course it's not going to sound like him.
Augusta is italian, that's why her accent. She was just great!!! Freddy would have loved this!
