Why couldn’t he ask his final conclusions? I don’t agree with the Judge on sustaining that one. That’s crazy to me these are unbiased witnesses not paid by the defense and should be allowed to ask expert testimony.
So the CW is constantly objecting to highly educated & credentialed experts with PHD’s over the half assed assertions that they the CW & trooper “Spicolli” Paul have postulated, so the defense isn’t allowed to present expert witnesses testimony in direct rebuttal of their witness. It’s complete insanity. We watched clown world unfolding in real life… who in the hell would believe anything that Spicolli from fasttimes says over these actual experts, whom I might add that their careers and success are directly effected by their ability to accurately& competently articulate what actually occurred in thier investigations, unlike trooper “Spicolli” Paul who’s career just depends on towing that blue line, and competence comes in very low on that scale if as all…. This should of never went to trial, and how convent that the Lexus 360 camera data was lost or rather destroyed through the incompetence or in favor of towing that blue line … I find it highly more likely that the 360 car cam footage was intentionally destroyed more than somehow it was unwittingly lost through, no fault if their own by a supposed expert investigator, that should be competent in doing just that extracting the evidence from the car. Otherwise what good does a 360 camera do if it’s footage is going to potentially lost or destroyed in the course of extraction & preservation… right???

I haven’t missed one minute of this trial, at first I thought she might get away with reasonable doubt, but there is no doubt who committed this crime!! Karen’s story changed three or four times remember that the truth doesn’t change. For the people who think that John O’Keefe was beaten at 34 Fairview keep in mind he was 6’2” tall and well over 210 pounds if someone even tried to fight with him, there would be defensive wounds!!! And if you’re still doubting that, Karen did this, how exactly did her tail light become broken? Because it wasn’t from her backing out of John O’Keefe’s garage at 5 AM on January 29 because she did no damage to his car and when she pulled away, her tail light was already broken and then consider this how did pieces of her tail light become embedded in John O’Keefe’s clothing? Just a couple of questions to show proof of who actually committed this crime, I have been steadily praying that she is convicted to the fullest extent not only for John O’Keefe, but for his family as well 🙏
