You can’t find that same width noodle outside of Korea or China. You CAN find the same noodle but thinner at Asian markets. I don’t know what they’re called in English, but in Korean it’s called Dang-myun.

I LOVE watching her chew. She doesn't horf food down like some CZcamsrs. Maybe she has a small esophagus like I do, where I have to chew my food an extra lot to be able to swallow it. Dorothy's videos give you that warm fuzzy feeling, like when you cook for someone and you get to see them enjoy it. I normally HATE eating sounds (like leave lunch tables at work....) buy something about these just makes me sleepy lol
I was suprised about the existence of bánh hỏi here, i mean i know that Vietnamese food has been popular in Korea lately but i didn’t know there would be bánh hỏi, because it’s kinda like local food, not really common. I was born and raised in a Central Highland city of Vietnam, my parents and grandparents are originally from the South Central Coast so I know this dish really well, it’s from the Central and there are rarely Vietnamese people knowing about it let alone Korean ones. Anyway, glad you enjoyed it!
