There were 2 brothers from India who bought a dairy farm in new Zealand and so now they'll start learning the proper craft of dairying and you can see that they're newbies from birth, they'll learn, let's give them one chance eh

I can only imagine being in a situation where you buy into a business like this with NO prior experience, to possibly find there's far more work involved than you first imagined, and you can quickly find yourself overwhelmed. I certainly agree though, anyone who starts an operation on this scale with no or little experience should be given a chance to refine their art with time. Whilst I agree with many others that the rough handling of the young stock was pretty bad, there's also a huge difference between lack of experience and a twisted mind.
