Wish i could meet some Colombian people. I heard they are the friendliest on Earth.
Colombia es un país hermoso que tristemente años de violencia del pasado empañaron. Aconsejo va cualquiera sobretodo visitar la Colombia interior, y sus gentes. Saludos

Boring jobs here and there. If you make traveling a priority its easy to save up for it. Traveling to cheaper countries also helps!
dude, this is cool
cool video @GreenManTravels whats the details of that hike you did man? looks fantastic!
Being in Colombia watching a video about Colombia seems strange ;)
I can't believe you were in Colombia and you didn't visit "eje cafetero". You missed the best and more icnonic and original part of our country!
Keep it up bro
I’m backpacking Cartagena and Santa Marta alone this summer. Any tips?
I'm going to bogota and Medellin in January, but I'm on a low budget, I will travel on my own, how much do I have to spend for (cheapest possible) motel, food etc.?I am there for 6 weeks
I spent $1500 for my four weeks in Colombia. My itinerary with price breakdown will give you an estimate for how much things cost over there - greenmantravels.com/greenman-itineraries/colombia-itinerary/
Great video. Fellow solo traveller here ☺
Thanks! Appreciate it!
Intresting presentation of ur trip..., if u need any help in travelling anywhere in india , would like to help u... Along with some of my experience... Keep up the good work
great vid....and I have to say Olga at 70?! climbing those hills? that's a strong woman and young at heart. Colombia is a great country everybody is so friendly. I have only been to Medellin and the surrounding area and Bogota but everybody I came across was very nice and helpful.
Definitely worth it to go back and see more of the country.
Colombia, y sus raices Latinas.
Nice video! Keep it up. :-)
What a great video! I was interested in the Bogota to Medellin portion because I'll be travelling to Colombia August 10th for the first time and this gives me a better idea of what to expect! It seems similar to the Dominican Republic. I've been there 15 times.
Thanks!
@Peter Rodgers ... jajaja you piece of crap... its actually funny... bro you are invited here in Colombia
Hey man do you still have plans to upload the Vietnam short film? Im doing the trip in Feb and would love to see it
+WhaleStick It will be up later this month.
La ciudad se llama CartegENA
Where did you leave your big backpack when doing the Lost City trek?
In the office of the shop that I bought the tickets to the trek from.
How do you find these amazing things to do? Locals? Fellow solo travelers? Travel Agencys? Keep up the great videos really enjoying them! :)
+TheFrizlar YT Thank you so much! I do some research on Wikivoyage before hand but then I pick up other cool sights to see from the people I meet along the way.
+GreenManTravels Thankyou I'm thinking about doing some budget solo travelling when I turn 18 and just trying to get some ideas before hand. Where/when is your next travel destination?
+TheFrizlar YT Right now, I have no idea. But I have some thoughts and ideas for epic new shows and episodes. Like my page on facebook to stay up to date on my adventures - facebook.com/greenmantravels
And thanks again for the kind words!
I'll go do that now! You're very welcome my friend
What is so special about solo travelers? There are large flocks of tourists everywhere. Like traveling on a charter.
whats the weather like there in august?
It's warm all year around - except from Bogota, where the climate is always a bit cold.
what software did you use to make the video?
Premiere.
BOGOTA NICE
How do you raise the money to travel, bro? Loved the vid btw
Thanks. My trip to Colombia occurred over the winter break when I was in college. I had a part time job and saved up everything I could. Travel is not expensive if you make it a priority, do you research on affordable destinations, and put away some money every now and then to it.
you should've come to Bucaramanga!
Next time.
Hello! lovely video. what camera did you use?
a Sony NEX-5N.
Nice vid! Please stop saying Cartagena with a "nia" sound at the end. That isn't correct. It is Car-ta-hen-a.
sfsphil if someone needs to learn Spanish send me a message to montanadiego062@gmail.com I'm a good teacher. From Colombia.
Camera?
A Sony NEX-5N. Since then I've upgraded....
