Black gram उरद दाल - 1/2 cup
Coriander Seed साबुत धनिया - 2 tbsp
Black Peppercorns काली मिर्च - 1 tsp
Cumin Seed जीरा - 1 tsp
Aniseed (Fennel Seeds) सौंफ - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chili लाल मिर्च - 4 piece
Oil तेल - 2 बड़ी चम्मच
Asafoetida हींग - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 2
