- The epic conclusion to the symbiote storyline of Spider-Man vs. Venom and Spider-Man Ultimate. This is the story so far; Spider-Man comes into the contact with the symbiote which quickly bonds with him and enhances all of his powers. But the symbiote taps into Peter Parker's rage and enhances that as well. After Spider-Man notices that the symbiote is changing him he decides to get rid of it and a battle ensues inside his subconscious. The symbiote is ultimately defeated in Spider-Man vs. The Symbiote - Spider-Man Ultimate 3, and Spider-Man gets rid of it using the sound from a bell tower. However the rejected symbiote finds a new host in Eddie Brock and together they form Venom. Driven by their hatred of Peter Parker and Spider-Man, Venom is a nightmare for Spider-Man. Venom easily overpowers Spider-Man and with some quick thinking Spider-Man survives the encounter by using the sound once again to weaken Venom in Spider-Man vs. Venom - Spider-Man Ultimate 4. After several months Spider-Man uses a piece of the symbiote that was left at Dr. Connors lab. Back with the symbiote Spider-Man evens the odds and faces Venom once again in Spider-Man vs. Venom 2 - Spider-Man Ultimate 5. However, Venom's bond with the symbiote is complete because of the shared rage between the symbiote and Eddie Brock. Peter Parker is unable to match that kind of bond and the symbiote is quick to reject Spider-Man's use of it. Venom reabsorbs the piece of the symbiote and goes out in search of his spawn while Spider-Man is left behind recovering. In Spider-Man vs. Venom 3 - Spider-Man Ultimate 6, Venom meets Carnage. Carnage is the product of Venom's symbiote's spawn and Cletus Kasady. Venom does not partake in the serial killer's philosphy of absolute destruction and chaos, so he decides it is best to get rid of Carnage. The two leap into action ready to fight and that is where Spider-Man Ultimate 7 comes in.
Spider-Man must team up with Venom, his mortal enemy, and figure out a way to defeat Carnage before it is too late. This combines Spider-Man vs Venom 4 Parts 1 through 4 and is the Conclusion to the Spider-Man Ultimate Series. It combines Venom vs. Carnage and Spider-Man and Venom vs. Carnage 1 and 2.

I absolutely love the way you've animated Spider-Man and Venom swinging because it looks like they're actually *swinging* rather than pulling themselves through the air with webs.
I'm glad you noticed! I actually took great care to make sure they were physically swinging through the city with accurate momentum and an accurate pendulum motion.
@@skeletex I feel like that's missing from the more modern interpretations of Spider-Man. Too much aerial gymnastics and not enough, you know, swinging. They look too much like he's flying with a few webs. But this is Spidey locomotion done right; natural and fluid.

I remember watching the series on my old long abandoned channel (pinkcavespider) and i’m just glad we finally got the conclusion. This is an amazing peice of animation and was worth the year-long wait. I could go on for longer but i don’t want this to be a 500-word long comment so this ends here.

Yeah, it is unfortunate what they've done with his character recently. So much source material and they just throw it all away and make him this stumbling bumbling teenage fool.
@@skeletex I would disagree. The MCU takes inspiration - Peter's been a teen who 'stumbles' and 'bumbles' before in media - but he has *never* been a fool. The MCU spidey is a complete genius (although it may be hard to see that when he's surrounded by the likes of bruce banner, Shuri and Tony St- oh, wait.)
Also, I would say that Tom Hollands' Spidey is actually one of the few exceptions of spider man being awkward like that - just look at into the spider verse. Hell, even Tobey's Peter often couldn't hold a conversation with MJ without stumbling and bumbling.

@@gjs6069 Spider-Man is supposed to excel in combat, and in those two films he pretty much sucks at it.
Like you yourself just said he has "never been a fool" yet he can't see that Mysterio is playing him like a fiddle? A mediocre plot contrivance to get the movie rolling in his second film, because otherwise there would be no plot to the second film if Peter was actually smart.
In the first film he never actually defeats the vulture, the plane that is taken down does.
There are plenty examples in both Homecoming and Far from Home where Spider-Man is a stumbling fool in COMBAT. Which is what I was talking about. And what is the biggest gripe I have with the latest films. For some reason in Civil War and in Inifinity War Spider-Man is great at fighting and then suddenly in his own two films he is terrible at it. It doesn't make any sense.
Moreover there is an over reliance on gadgets from Iron Man, or that he creates using Iron Man's interface. Sure, Parker created gadgets throughout the comics, but he never needed them, and most often he didn't have any except for his web shooters. And whatever he created he created on his own, without the help of Tony Stark or anyone else.
As for the Sam Raimi films, they also got several things wrong, one of those like you say is him being completely awkward with MJ.
If you'd like to see what is in my opinion a perfect portrayal of Spider-Man besides the comics watch Spider-Man the animated series from the 90's, or take a look at Spider-Man the new animated series from the 2000's, both of them nailed Peter Parker and Spider-Man in every way. Which really isn't that difficult to do but the films just keep on messing it up.

Peter definetely doesnt suck at combat. He took on Thanos for a little while for example. More importantly, peter is getting better as he *becomes* an adult- what you think he should be, at the moment hes basically a kid, so he'll get better with time.
The mysterio scene is literally inspired by a scene from the comics, thats not created just by the MCU. This scene also does not create a plot. Also myserio worked for Tony Stark and created BARF, so he's probably intelligent enough to outsmart Peter. But that doesn't matter anyway, considering that scene revolved around Peters emotions over Tony and MJ not his smarts anyway.
Just because there are examples of Peter being awkward/losing in combat, doesn't mean there aren't also examples of the opposite. E.g. Peter figjting his way through Mysterio's drones in FFH. (Not Civil War or Infinity War I might add)
If you were talking about Peter being a fool specifically in combat the whole time, why put the word 'teenage' in your original comment?
In CW the other avengers are going easy on him - and he still looses. "Trust me kid, if Cap wanted to lay you out, he would've". In IW he also has the iron spider suit - but he loses there too. To starlord and Thanos. Also, he probably only managed to land a few hits on Thanos because:
-His life was in danger/ he was in shock from suddenly being in fucking space
- Tony was there to impress ❤❤
- He still had his spidey sense, unlike in FFH.
None of that is as significant as this - if Peter could take on avenger level threats in his solo films, they would be shitface boring. Thats not a SM problem, its good filmaking.
Peter really doesnt rely on his gadgets in the films, gimme one example where he does.
While yes the Sam Raimi films did do something wrong (drive that funky soul), your comment stressed that these problem were strictly *recent* . You also implied that the 'adult peter' (like he is in those Sam Raimi films) didnt havr these issues.
The comics arent that simple - thete are different Spideys, all different. For example Miles Morales - he's a teenager in the comics - so did the comics always get it right, or is a non- adult Spider Man a mistake?

Well done, you captured the essence and nature of all three characters very well, I don't see why most movies don't take your lead and make accurate representations of the many comic book characters they make movies of today.
Seems pretty simple doesn't it? I have often wondered why they don't use the source material that's rich with adaptable stories and instead mess everything up. Not since Spider-Man 1 and 2, X-Men and Blade have their been well adapted comic book movies (with a few exceptions of course).
@@skeletex I've often brought that up as a fact in many of my arguments, it just seems like they would rather use the characters to support hidden agenda's these days than to take from the source material and make them accurate. All and all I don't like them taking beloved characters that I myself and many other people have bonded with over the course of our lives and use them in ways they weren't meant to be.
