Loved flying it for the first time. Even though i was behind the engine, i could still hear the high-pitched sound of the cfm leap during takeoff :))
It's a nice aircraft to fly on. Quiet, but still has the particular sound. 😊
@@dfwaviation2066 am not sure if it is the case with this plane, but i remember taking off with it from Gatwick, and the amount of time it took from being lined up on runway to being over the clouds was staggering, and it managed to do it without any discomfort!!, sad with the 900 news let's hope this plane has a calmer future
@@MALOK003hopefully, or boeing could continue with the 797.
@@dfwaviation2066i got one on my flight but it was a more soothing whirl sound
Oh my! Very quiet is that engine.
Very beautiful views!
Extremely quiet. As per the views, I definitely agree! 😊 Thanks for watching!
I’ll be flying on the MAX 8 in a couple days. I’m looking forward to it.
Your plane didn't lose any door plugs did it ?😂
@@brianbonilla9276wrong plane….
amazing take off view, thanks
Incredible!!!
Thank you! 😊
Awesome departure!
Indeed! Thanks for watching! 😊
I’m glad Boeing 737 max is back again
Me too! 😊
Very incredible engine sound, very powerful. NY takeoffs & landings are awesome because of the city views.
It really is, I have never been disappointed with the views when arriving and leaving New York. 😊
@@dfwaviation2066 I love that city 🌆 gorgeous views from the plane ✈️ I loved it! Very powerful take off.
I love the 737 max 8
I was on the Max 8 for the first time going to Hartfort Connecticut. That was the smoothies flight I had ever been on
My hometown :)
Wow 12:56 when you look back on the runway really gives you perspective how high the rate of climb is when you takeoff.
Oh yeah, they try getting much higher sooner to avoid a lot of the traffic in the airspace as well. It's also quite a good perspective.
Wow that would be the best take off camera angle I've seen looking back over the wing at the runway we just left brilliant keep up the good work

Thank you! 😊 I was definitely also in awe of the view!

Yep you nailed it mate I've not seen that view before well done

Classic video clip of SW 737 take off from La Guardia
Thanks for watching! 😊
Fuccin beautiful
Just got off a Southwest flight from HOU to JAN on the Max 8. Very quiet engines, especially during final descent, but that pilot must have been an ex fighter pilot. We were airborne in half the time. Sure, we were about 15 minutes behind schedule but damn! I didn't know a 737 could accelerate that fast.
With those new engines it's definitely like a rocket but very quiet. I hope you had a great flight! 😊
Looks like you had the Whitestone departure--always spectacular with the 360 degree altitude climb--those on the left side of the aircraft will have a gorgeous view of LGA as you make your way west. Interesting the WestJet arrival at the Delta gates, may be part of the SkyTeam alliance--noticed how the pilot turned on the fuselage lights as he crossed the runway than off and again on for takeoff. Did you overnight at LGA?
LGA always has incredible views all around the airport. As per WestJet, they have the codeshare. I stayed in New York two nights on this trip.
Wow an intact Max!!!!
The initial climbout must have been somewhere between 2,500 and 3,000 fpm, but not for very long, since the thrust was reduced a bit to climb thrust at about the 13:00 min mark. Nice video anyway; cool view looking back over the wing at the runway. Keep up the good aviation videos. Happy landings.
Thank you so much, I am glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Bang!
Me and my kids are traveling after Christmas and we will be on a MAX on the flight home
S turning out of 55 is crazy
What was happening on N2 Engine. De left N1 was on during taxiing but the second looked like in a constant half started phase, you hear the air to start the turbines and they are for a long time stationary but later during taxiing the engine finally reached enough ram to start working.
It was mostly on, they may have been that they were only accelerating the left engine. And also the frame rate of the camera and light makes it seems like it was also spinning slower.
Can i use this? I will give you credits.

Have flown on this jet a lot recently and I really like it. It's so quiet & smooth.
Still wondering how they fixed the MCAS and pitching issues..🤔
pilots traning ,Software updates, adding more sensors for backup,
@@MALOK003 Thanks, that makes sense. Now I hear there's 170 grounded due to new issues with panels of the fuselage ripping out of the plane. Alaska Air just had this problem during take off...
The guy talking in the beginning was the same as Mumbles on the old Fat Albert show. Couldn't understand hardly anything he said. lol
Southwest boeing 737-800NEO
SW: No climb thrust. We go full speed.

I am really nervous. I have a flight on a 737-800 with Tui. Particularly the 737-8K5. I am confused as to if this 8k5 is the max model or the 800 model. Or are they the same plane?
It’s an -800. If it were the max, the full name would be 737 MAX 8. Also, there is nothing to be worry about. Both the -800 and MAX 8 are pretty much the same, just slight visual differences and noise. Nothing has come up for the MAX being unsafe either. It’s been doing just fine since it’s return 👍
It's the B737-800, as PhorzaSky has stated, the Next Generation (NG) version. But don't be nervous, the B737 MAX is just as safe, especially after all the scrutiny it has been placed under. Enjoy your flight! 😊
Hi in 1 week i fly with the boeing 737max 8 should i be scared because many poeple say bad things about it
They are pretty safe now as they were heavily scrutinized. I hope you had a great flight!
Even watching videos stress me out🤦🏽♂️
Which row is this?
Row 6, seat 6F.
Thanks so much! @@dfwaviation2066
Glad you lived to upload it 😂😂😂😂
😂 Me too! 😜
Personally, I would never fly in that airplane. Imagine, Boeing could not bolt the doors correctly and they blew off.
That's not a max 8. It's a 737-800
How did you determine that it’s not max?
@@DmitriyKopylenko the max 8 has a flap that hangs down at the end of the wing. One goes up and one goes down at a 45 degree angle
That is a max
@@connorw9363 nope buddy. The max 8 has a fin that points downward at the end of the wing at a 45 degree angle
@@tjpyrotechnics2255 Mate, this is obviously a MAX. Larger engine (CFM LEAP-1B, and it has the scimitars. "Flap that hangs down" flaps are totally different things...now, both the NG and MAX have split scimitar-lile wings, but these are MAX winglets. Ask any 737 pilot.
