Yip... Was born in Southern Rhodesia (Salisbury) from a 3 week old baby 'til 4 year old was fortunate to have been breast-fed by a wonderful Shona lady - Hannah - whose face is still very much in my mind's eye... Then we went to Northern Rhodesia (Lusaka Zambia)... Had a halcyon childhood... Lived in an Army Camp opposite Government Houses... Changing of the Guard (as is done at Buckingham Palace) full Regimental band of Askaris... Was exciting stuff for kids... Fruit trees were our mainstay... Mango Grove in our garden... Peach tree... Banana tree... Avocado tree Full of HUGE fruit... When they fell, earth reverberated!!! Pet monkey Barney... 9' Python snake called Joe... We had it all... Rhodesian war was inevitable... Parents left 1961... headed for the Union - RSA... Never a dull moment... MUST WRITE A BOOK...

I was looking at the intro video when you first took Savannah for a test drive in JHB ,and how far you have travelled and seen so much since then and more than that , taking us along with you, Noraly thank you!

Quite a process crossing the border into a new country like Botswana. Getting cash, a new sim card and pass for Savannah. Glad that it all went well and seemed rather seamless. Enjoy the ride and thanks for sharing. Stay safe.

Noraly was visibly emotional about leaving Namibia - and having followed her exploits in that wonderful country, you can see why - great drone footage too.
Best wishes for your stay in Botswana - stay safe, ride safe, take care and thank you for showing us the wonderful country of Namibia. 🏍👏 🇳🇦🇧🇼

I have watched every episode of all your series and it was so special to see your footage of areas where I live near Cape Town and later of areas in Namibia where I was stationed while in The South African Defence Force in 1978 during their bush war. It still looks the same. Safe travels.
