just insane! My sister did something similar. her 4 and 2 year old boys learned how to open the front door of the apartment and went out and got into an elevator. we live on the 49th floor and while everyone was scrambling to get them (building security included) she ran down those flights of stairs in literally 5 minutes. by the time we made it downstairs she was already outside! thankfully a neighbor heard them crying and recognized the oldest from his kids daycare and took them to the lobby but its insane how moms do the most insane things imaginable for their kids.

Adrenaline is helluva thing when you go into the primal survival mode, you can't really feel you were shot in the beginning, I took one to the leg and only noticed when my leg felt wet.
I once watched a dash cam video from a guy on a motorcycle who got hit by the careless driver behind him. The camera went flying and fortunately landed on the grass pointed at the collision. You could see the biker, who was fortunately not gravely injured, standing there screaming at the driver who hit him. This goes on for about a minute when the rage fizzles a bit and suddenly the biker is on the ground. He was so full of adrenaline he was walking around on a broken femur like it was nothing for at least a solid minute. It's crazy how effective some chemicals our bodies produce naturally can be.
that's why soldiers often check on each others during/after gunfights, with the adrenaline you can not even notice you've been wounded
My dad had a terrible job in the airforce unloading casualties, and he told me one horrifying story that still gives me chills of a special forces soldier who had his skin on his rear and back just gone. Yet he was still standing and trying to clear the permiter and the medics couldn't take his gun away so he just took his gun into base. I don't know if he lived, but that story just scares me for some reason.

Definitely an understandable reaction and that’s likely why the cops were so calm and respectful with him. He was scared out of his mind, as anyone would be if your loved one was shot especially 3 times. It’s a miracle she survived.

Fortunately/unfortunately he failed, so he didn't get as much jail time. But that is a RIDICULOUS sentence as a second offense! She could have died if he succeeded.

I like that unique charge: "Causing a child to become delinquent" in reference to using their own child as a weapon. It really highlights the truth that children aren't the ones that put themselves into dangerous lives. Someone has to teach it to them, and those people deserve to be held accountable

@@louw.6579contributing and causing are different. for instance agreeing to buy alcohol for an underaged child would be contributing. helping a child commit a crime vs using a child to help you commit a crime.
@@louw.6579 I believe contributing to the delinquency of a minor is used when an adult participates in a crime committed by a kid like purchasing cigarettes or booze for a teen. The teen commits the crime of drinking/smoking and you contributed to that. Causing a child to become delinquent is due to their using the child as "bait" to facilitate a crime. Like if you went in to a walmart and filled your kids backpack with stolen goods and walked out. The child is not the one committing the offense because of their young age or diminished mental capacity so you are not contributing to their delinquency, you are the cause of their delinquency.
The fact that the kidnapping couple’s son was SO chill and unfazed by his parents trying to lure kids into their van, getting into fights when the abduction went sideways and then being pulled over/arrested…is very telling and alarming.
He was just chilling with the cops, asking how their day is and having a casual conversation about the backseat of their cars-like it’s simply an average Tuesday for him. 😬
He was scared to leave the van too. When they first asked him to step out he stepped further into the van a little sayin no repeatedly. It makes me think theyve abused him till he did what they wanted properly. Hope hes okay genuinely.

The mother of the twins is a living miracle. Praise God that she survived three gunshots, especially to the head and chest! I’m so very thankful her beautiful boys were brought home safely. I wish her and her family all the very best during their recovery, and many happy years ahead.🙏

Re: 2nd video- yes the cop did in fact know it wasn't about the kidnappers passenger.
The cop knew it was the driver and played him to get him out of his car and into the back of the cop car so he couldn't flee. Most other bodycam channels already covered it, and showed the whole body cam footage proving that. 😂

What's scariest is how many times these people have done this and not been caught. It's never a first time when they finally get caught. Especially the ones just trying to lure kids to the vehicle. Most kids won't report that happened/won't have enough info to track down who did it even if they report it.
I really hope that the video of him singing amazing Grace while being taken to the jail for kidnapping got played to the judge, And I hope the judge got just as furiated as I did.

That or he's trying to appease the adults around him as a means of survival, either way, this is just sad, a sad situation for this poor kid, who will have no chance in life if he keeps being raised by predatory junkies. Huh. That last story reminds me of how one dude tried to lure me into his truck as a kid. I was in middle school and during that time, the school hand annexed the entirety of the old Pre-K and Kindergarden school to host a lot of their science classes. So there was like a small parking lot, the road, and maybe half an acre of grass between the school and the annexed building. Anyways, my science teacher asked me to grab something from the office so, like the good student who wanted to enjoy the sunshine I was, I did. When going to the main building, a dude in a truck kept trying to get me to come close to look at a map and tell me how to get to the high school. I just pointed him down the road and told him he literally couldn't miss it. But he was insistent, asking me to come close and I just bolted back inside. (The high school was literally a block down the road. You could see the parking lot to it where he was sitting in the road)

I was almost kidnapped when I was younger. It was at school. The field is open, meaning anyone can enter it, even if they aren't part of the school. For context, during PE, students could either hang out in the gym or go on the field. Most people hung out in the gym, but me and my friend had decided to go on the field. The school was on a hill, with the field being sloped like a valley with little grass bumps along the walls. Three of the sides of the field faced or were connected to the school, and one side led straight to the road. Ironically, that side of the field also had the tallest grass "hill", so where me and my friend would normally hang out, which would be RIGHT next to the road, would not be visible to anyone in the school or gym or the rest of the field. My friend and I were hanging out by the road when a random lady crossed the street. She didn't see us, but I saw her. She crouched behind a tree for awhile, but then she climbed up into the school field and took a few pictures of some kids in my PE class, the only other kids out on the field with us. She did this weird thing where she went into the middle of the street and took "photos of the sky", but I'm convinced she was taking pictures of my friend and I in selfie mode, as we were right behind her and she was oddly enough getting herself out of frame. She crossed the street and I thought we were done with her. Wrong. She came back five minutes later in her car, parked maybe twenty feet away, got out of her car, and took pictures directly aimed at me and my friend. We're just standing, staring. Then, she drives around and parks RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. I could've walked maybe thirty steps and I'd be able to touch her car. She rolled down the window and took photos of us, then she drove off and CIRCLED BACK AROUND to drive in front of us again (two-way road). But there were cars driving by now, so she didn't stop and I didn't see her again. Being the stupid kid I was, I didn't tell my teacher. My friend wanted to, but I told her no. I still haven't told anyone until now.

The mother of the defendant in the first case knew those babies were not her daughters. She hesitated at least twice when speaking to the officer, I doubt she didn't know her daughtrr had miscarried.
