@@2smoove55 Yep, probably like the body volume and tone sliders and adjustment that have been absent after 2K19 on the CaW side of things, but a prospect for 2K24 and later.

I personally wasn't interested in the promos, something weird about just having nothing but crowd audio during it, if it was actual VAs. I'd been a lot more interested
I love it. The Universe Mode looks great and very engaging. Normally with past games, all I've done is play that years Showcase to unlock some stuff and then, the rest of my time playing 2K is all Universe Mode. Yet, this year, it may be a little different. Thanks to the My Rise videos you posted and promoted, I'm highly considering playing through the Showcase as well as My Rise(on the off chance of more unlockables) and then I'll deep dive into Universe Mode and stay there haha Great video as always and i just say, it seems on the surface that 2K nailed this game and I can't wait to play it once it offically drops!
Imagine a.i. voice inputs for all the in game wrestlers. Able to start using voice overs in cutscenes in universe mode. Actually hearing a promo being cut and such. In a few years smart a.i. powered crowd chants that can follow the story you are creating. I would never leave home lmao.
Another mode I would like to see get made for WWE 2k24 is create a show entrance mode. It would be kind of like create an Entrance video for a superstar, but with this you can chose actions you want your superstars to do (i.e., chest pounding, getting hyped, dancing, etc.) , different settings that it takes place at, you can choose what highlights show throughout the intro (i.e. promos, special moves, entrances), and you can put any image you want as the main show logo. I feel like that would give a greater level of personalization to everyone's respective created universes.
@@FredFredFaz honestly the only reason I included that was for if people create their own wrestling universes in the games with their own made up characters. Now they'd be able to have show intros customized to their different created characters and weekly shows/PPV's

Looks to be the same old cutscenes though, all with a different interface. I prefer the random element though, rather than customising every match manually.

@@wingedhussar1453 I hope they fixed the rivals glitch in universe where you get attacked by an invisible person and can't even play the match or it's supposed to be you attacking your rival but some how you get attacked. They should've skipped 2k22 as well and waited for 23 cause 23 was garbage as well. Don't get me started on community creations from last year how it delete your arenas and championships. Diamond was the only rank you could get when before that it was ranks and ranks to get to diamond rank in creations.
Customizing and choosing Cutscenes is nice and all but would definitely like to see more new cutscenes in the near future if we "stepping in the right direction." We haven't had none since 2K18.
It's not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction. It's *very* hard to get serious enjoyment out of Universe Mode in 2K22, because it's so bare bones.

Great video as always. I enjoy playing Universe mode. Had a lot of fun in 2K22 last year. I’d like to see what this year’s Superstar mode looks like. The regular mode this year looks rather good. I already have a few matches in mind when I get the game.
A big disappointment is that it seems like they took away the interference option. This was a go to for me so you could have stuff happen without rival 1 fighting rival 2 every week.
A HUGE improvement was made to load times when entering and exiting created/edit Superstars section! In 2K22, if you change anything in that section it would take forever to save and change screens.
I honestly miss the old title rankings from 11-2K18 it made it more skeptical of who’s gonna get the opportunity for a title and made rivals so much unexpected. They should also add back old cutscenes or rivalries from 2K15
Very good start. I still think this mode could get deeper in the future. Like if you made Universe Mode the base of the game and all the rest of the modes happen within it and that way all the options within the game can be utilized. Or at least make MyGM and it together.

ok here a random question say i got 1 universe mode made only my custom character and my custom show and area all my creation which take a little bit of work to set up and i got it on the classic and like the story and ect going on but decide i like to start a second universe mode this time going superstar mode can i copy all the setting from the first universe mode over to the second so as not to have to remake everything ? or do have to recreate every thing (re set up each event match type add my area put in my character take out wwe character ect)
Can you sort wrestlers when booking the shows? Like if you book raw you can make it so that you only see raw wrestlers without having to scroll through everyone? Honestly I dont expect it but it would be cool, that is literally the only "feature" I wanted for years.
I really hope they fixed this, it was so annoying constantly having to remember who was on each show. At the very least they could put a highlighted color around each wrestlers name depending on what show they are on. Say Bron Breakker's on NXT - he should have gold around his name, Roman blue, Seth red etc. If they're on 2 or more shows? Have the highlight just light up red, then blue, then yellow etc. It really wouldn't be hard to implement and would be similar to 2k19
I wish you were able to see what brand the superstars are on when you select them for a match in Universe mode. I'm forgetful so I can't remember half the time wbo I put on what brand lmao
I like the updates so far. Universe mode looks like it’s gonna be much better than last year. Really want to see them fix the reversal system. It was way too convoluted in 22. Maybe one strike & one grapple reversal button
Does it keep auto booking you are facing one another over & over? Can you change the match type? Can put a 1 on 1 rivalry into, but into an opposing tag teams. Can you interference if the wrestler is facing someone else. Do you or do they face other opponents? Is it just you facing each other over & over?
Do you know if the rivalry compatible edit match option is back? Because I really don’t want my rivals facing each other every single week just so I can add cutscenes.
As someone who like the surprise element of Universe Mode, I hope that actions can be given randomly as well... Like if you don't edit the match at all, would the CPU naturally choose actions themselves or would the actions stay blank unless you go in and change them? I personally like to set up the basics and what how things naturally progress in Universe Mode, so it'd be great if actions happen naturally as well.... Also pretty disappointing that there doesn't seem to be a draft/shakeup in Universe Mode, because that would definitely keep things fresh for those like me who like things to happen without having to go in and change it; like it'd be kool to be watching a match play out and someone who was drafted shows up to challenge a champion and commentary says something about the person being from another show... Having separate rosters would make all of that possible like with some of the first Universe Modes. That being said I am happy about them trying with Universe Mode this time around, it gives me hope that 2K is going to keep it up and we'll keep having great games from them.
Much welcomed changes. I wish that you can do the rivalry cutsceens to/with superstars that isn't in a match. One issue that bothers me is repetitive matches with the rivals.
My only issue with Single Superstar Universe Mode in 22, was sometimes it would go rival cinematic before match and my character would go invisible and wouldn't let me fight opponent, therefore I could not advance my story past that point.
I wonder if there are rivalry actions on the survivor series rivalry I love to see those 3 on 1 attacks cutscenes but this is one of the biggest improvements that’s for this game though
I think there are only 1v1 and 2v2 motions because when he goes through the universe match card around 8 minutes in, he scrolls past a triple threat with Ricochet, Gunther, and LA Knight, but the "press R3 button" for the rivalry action option disappeared.

I like this I always do universe mode. All these new options are going to have me do nothing but this when I start the game. As far as the undertaker challenge goes it's now a challenge with Roman. Just like Takers it's a trophy achievement and it was for 2k22 as well on legend difficulty
This grate I love the fact they added cutscenes for universe mode but I would love it if 2k added more cutscenes for triple threat,fatal four-way, five way six man tag, war games money in the bank and royal rumble and any new match types to be added cutscenes to as I think it would way to make wwe universe mode feel like it’s an living universe and another example is you can do have cutscenes to be in the royal rumble so then you can have like kofi royal rumble moments but also having so tag team brake ups that happen in the royal rumble match would really cool to be add into wwe2k24.
Is it possible for these actions to be assigned randomly by the PC? One thing of the Universe I love to do is playing Universe mode just as the PC makes it on the way, as it feels I'm watching my own WWE version, and I still get the surprise elements that we get while watching the real one
@@FamishedYoshi I know this, this is possible since older WWE games alread, I was asking about the rivalry cutscenes and interaction (like the AI to set up someone to attack you at the begining or end of the match for example using the new cutscenes)

Now, these actions witch make wrestlers act in different ways, such as attacking or handshaking with opponent are new ( cutscenes included). Before you could just make interferences, now you can set an action for every wrestlers, so we have a new actions menu alltogheter. So I was asking if AI can automatically set actions in this new menu

Very important question! During making a match did you see from with brand are superstars? It was one of the biggest pains in the a... Trying to make a match and cant pair superstars from the same brand without making a photo or a list.
Universe mode has been in WWE games for well over a decade. I’m going to try to actually play it this year. I just never really used the mode just due to my lack of creativity but I will actually try this year. I just don’t want it to be bland or like the same rivalries on TV.
Awesome! Now I the game doesn’t have to do the cutscenes for me. Like last year, when my universe had Belair’s music play during Becky’s match & I had to write it off as Bliss playing mind games on the women’s roster. 🤦♂️ 😂

im new to universe mode this year and i cant figure out how to pick my own actions for my rivarly matches, it allready had my actions planned, so how do i pick my own actions, do i need free mode on or off? But the computer allready or AI has picked my actions so how do i pick my own, id really appreicate some help thanks?
In NBA 2K games they interviews after the match when talk are more what I want for WWE 2K games in my ryse, because the quality and when they talk still looks funky in "MyRyse.
Something minor I’d like to see is when you pick superstars on a show you only see the superstars on your roster and not every superstar/ legends. Just a clean up would be nice

They really should have more cutscenes. Having only 5-ish number of cutscenes/choices per category feels lacking.

Also pretty disappointing that there doesn't seem to be a draft/shakeup in Universe Mode, because that would definitely keep things fresh for those like me who like things to happen without having to go in and change it; like it'd be kool to be watching a match play out and someone who was drafted shows up to challenge a champion and commentary says something about the person being from another show... Having separate rosters would make all of that possible like with some of the first Universe Modes.
That being said I am happy about them trying with Universe Mode this time around, it gives me hope that 2K is going to keep it up and we'll keep having great games from them.
One thing I need to know is have they updated the replays as currently they're really bad

Much welcomed changes. I wish that you can do the rivalry cutsceens to/with superstars that isn't in a match. One issue that bothers me is repetitive matches with the rivals.
This is pretty cool, though I wish we could choose these cutscenes freely and not be limited to the rivalry system.

Nice, I need to do another Universe Mode. Hadn't done any lately.
My only issue with Single Superstar Universe Mode in 22, was sometimes it would go rival cinematic before match and my character would go invisible and wouldn't let me fight opponent, therefore I could not advance my story past that point.

I wonder if there are rivalry actions on the survivor series rivalry I love to see those 3 on 1 attacks cutscenes but this is one of the biggest improvements that’s for this game though
I think there are only 1v1 and 2v2 motions because when he goes through the universe match card around 8 minutes in, he scrolls past a triple threat with Ricochet, Gunther, and LA Knight, but the "press R3 button" for the rivalry action option disappeared.

hello. what about the percentage of appearance of special matches, and title match and briefcase in the settings of the shows of the universe mode, does it really appear as we want this time?
I like this I always do universe mode. All these new options are going to have me do nothing but this when I start the game. As far as the undertaker challenge goes it's now a challenge with Roman. Just like Takers it's a trophy achievement and it was for 2k22 as well on legend difficulty
This grate I love the fact they added cutscenes for universe mode but I would love it if 2k added more cutscenes for triple threat,fatal four-way, five way six man tag, war games money in the bank and royal rumble and any new match types to be added cutscenes to as I think it would way to make wwe universe mode feel like it’s an living universe and another example is you can do have cutscenes to be in the royal rumble so then you can have like kofi royal rumble moments but also having so tag team brake ups that happen in the royal rumble match would really cool to be add into wwe2k24.
Is it possible for these actions to be assigned randomly by the PC? One thing of the Universe I love to do is playing Universe mode just as the PC makes it on the way, as it feels I'm watching my own WWE version, and I still get the surprise elements that we get while watching the real one
If you look at 6:45, you can see you still have the option for the ai to set up rivalries automatically
@@FamishedYoshi I know this, this is possible since older WWE games alread, I was asking about the rivalry cutscenes and interaction (like the AI to set up someone to attack you at the begining or end of the match for example using the new cutscenes)
@@QuantumXX7 I mean it's the same system just with more cutscenes, you just have the ability now to book them yourself if you want as well. It's still only for rivalries though. So idk why you would ask if it's possible and then say you know it is unless I just understand what you're getting at.
@@FamishedYoshi I was talking about the AI creating rivalries by setting random matches (the part I know). Now, these actions witch make wrestlers act in different ways, such as attacking or handshaking with opponent are new ( cutscenes included). Before you could just make interferences, now you can set an action for every wrestlers, so we have a new actions menu alltogheter. So I was asking if AI can automatically set actions in this new menu

Very important question! During making a match did you see from with brand are superstars?
It was one of the biggest pains in the a... Trying to make a match and cant pair superstars from the same brand without making a photo or a list.

No undertaker wrestlemania rivalry hurts, I loved it the most in 2k22 due to my Ruthless aggression universe
Universe mode has been in WWE games for well over a decade. I’m going to try to actually play it this year. I just never really used the mode just due to my lack of creativity but I will actually try this year. I just don’t want it to be bland or like the same rivalries on TV.
Question, can you book a PLE on a Saturday? Ik they had WrestleMania as only on Sunday but could you add your own on Saturday.
can you still do run-ins / have someone not involved in the match have a cutscene like attacking someone in the match.

Awesome! Now I the game doesn’t have to do the cutscenes for me. Like last year, when my universe had Belair’s music play during Becky’s match & I had to write it off as Bliss playing mind games on the women’s roster.

im new to universe mode this year and i cant figure out how to pick my own actions for my rivarly matches, it allready had my actions planned, so how do i pick my own actions, do i need free mode on or off? But the computer allready or AI has picked my actions so how do i pick my own, id really appreicate some help thanks?
In NBA 2K games they interviews after the match when talk are more what I want for WWE 2K games in my ryse, because the quality and when they talk still looks funky in "MyRyse.

Something minor I’d like to see is when you pick superstars on a show you only see the superstars on your roster and not every superstar/ legends. Just a clean up would be nice
