The best and down to the point review I've seen in a long time. Well done. You just got yourself a subscriber.
This review is super informative and the spokesman's voice is actually soothing haha subscribed
Ha, don't think I've been called 'soothing' before, but thanks! :)
Thanks for excellent review.
Clear and concise review.
Will you test and review the S90 and V90, they look awesome, this XC90 is great too I would definitely add the Bowers and Wilkins hifi system if I was going to buy one.
+doctormac123 Yes, they should arrive towards the end of this year. The V90 we're particularly keen to try.
But how is the combustion engine pre-heated when sudden use is required at high speeds? I mean, only the turbo's you would blow by sudden abuse when coming from 'pure' to 'hybrid' or 'power'.
I love the exterior design of the xc90
Surely a diesel hybrid like Mercedes are offering would've been a better prospect?
The Volvo XC90 is the only 7 seated plug in hybrid on the market right now. That makes this car a very interesting prospect for larger, environmentally conscious families, therefore makes this review more than relevant.
But having a diesel engine paired with the plug-in electric motor would make it far more economical on long motorway journeys is the point I'm making.
Which Model of MB does really have diesel hybrid?

great review, volvo has upped their game, and so has testdriven :D.
i bet they've made the fuel tank smaller so that the driver has to stop from time to time to take a break, and thus keep his vigilence up. volvo is lastly all about safety :P
Nice
awesome!

One engine, one motor.
Why did you stopped doing reviews ? 9 months without any new review , just pointless short presentation vids...
I have owned two Volvos and have one now. However, I am concerned about Volvo's move to far leftist political leanings, especially in light of their being owned by the Chinese now. The 4 cylinder only strategy is predicated on what I find to be a discredited theory. They have recently allied with CNN, which is another indication. The e-drive engines have been highly unreliable. (mine have had the excellent inline 6). I'm voting with my dollars.
