Exploring a Low Budget French Municipal Campsite

At this point in my journey I've stayed at 6 budget friendly "municipal" campsites in France. They're like a super-cheap but decent campsite to encourage you to step outdoors.
But how much do they actually cost and what facilities are available?

Brilliant clear video, this looks excellent....can l ask do they operate these campsites out of season..and what is the procedure if you arrive late at night..can you pay in the morning?
