So many of the same basic mistakes seen in most Ghanaian house designs that are simply not well thought out. 1- The Pergola in the front yard didn't need a raised concrete slab it should've remained at grade level. 2- Kitchen sink is undersized, the cooktop shouldn't have been placed at the end of the counter, next to a door, the side door should be moved to where the window is and the window where the side door is. The island is turned the wrong way and it's too long, also it should be facing the livingroom. 3-The guest bathroom wash basin sits too low, it should be almost the same height as the kitchen counter. Ect...
