Very interesting Looking at these propertiesâŠ.the first one, the dogs would drive me mad barking, but guess you get that everywhere. Plus I donât want to renovate anything , which of course is a problem , as most of the properties in our price range need renovating..đ€Łthe Casa dâAlte for âŹ575,000 looks lovely and I am sure itâs stunning but if I was spending that much money I would definitely want to be able to park my car.! I went to Salir the other day and thought that was also very prettyâŠ.
Yes salir is pretty and have a very nice tapas bar too next to the church đ âŠ..maybe I will do a vlog on salir next time đ«
You've got to be kidding about those prices, estate agents ruining it too greedy.
Prices have drastically risen in 3 years of us being here, a lot of people from outside Portugal want to live here and thereâs not the houses available so the house prices have shot up.

I think even for a lot of foreigners Portugal is getting out of their budget now , I know with speaking to our subscribers whoâs been looking to move here with âŹ200,000 to âŹ300,000 expect more for their money đđ”đčđ

I so glad we bought our house 4 years ago or we wouldnât be able to have bought anything . Prices here have shot up mainly because a lot of people from abroad are investing. Itâs not just the Algarve either itâs all of portugal đ

Dog owners in Portugal need to be prosecuted. It is an European law to keep yr dogs quiet but they don't do it and also keep them tied up
100% agree with you it breaks my heart one of our neighbours has a dog tied up 24/7 obviously when I go past it goes crazy but maybe if I could befriend it âŠ.the only thing is Iâd be stepping onto his land. đŹ

Not only in Portugal happens this. Rabid dogs are dangerous
I donât think Rabies is common here very much under control but you do get dog attacks of more than one dog

3. Third house too expensive did not show inside.
4. Maybe OK.

Last property may be ok.

The conclusion is the sellers are not realistic when pricing their properties.

A lot of people are coming to Portugal so at the moment I think itâs still pretty safe to invest đ
Yes I totally understand itâs hard knowing whatâs the right thing to do âŠ.but a lot of Americans,Belgium , Germans are coming over and driving the house prices up still so it might take a year or so for the prices to start to drop âŠ.on this video 3 houses have now been sold one by my friend , the other two another friend has bought who already lives here.

It has a natural waterfall and the Fontes are stunning âŠ. Itâs also a pretty traditional Portuguese village đ
Looks like a ghost community. Everyone is selling. Ruins that need a lot of work too expensive.

A little story behind that Cynthia we had already filmed the house at âŹ95,000 and the post office but the clip got lost âŠ.after filming we went for lunch âŠ.the camera man (my husband) when we got home I was editing the film and he fell asleepâŠrealising we didnât have those properties I woke him from his ânana napâ thatâs why he sounds like Darth Vada heâs still half asleepâŠ..point taken though we are new to this and learning all the time đ„°
