Fury wishing everyone a happy new year in May shows he was still punch drunk. I've been a Fury fan for 15 years but have to hold my hands up and congratulate Usyk for the win. That 8th round battering by Usyk was unbelievable. And for that alone he deserves his victory. What an amazing fight.
The rematch will be crazy. Fury needed to be on the front foot more but allowed Usyk to stalk him down. No idea why Fury stopped with the body shots when they were clearly working. The best man won in the end - no question, but both guys fought excellently.
Fury's over him hill now.. all downhill from here unfortunately. Still an embarrassment of a heavy weight boxing era letting a lightweight rollup and beat all the divisions top heavyweights.. I tried to find the rules for this fight. Mandatory eight counts are for knockdowns. Most fights have no standing eight counts. I do not know what this fight had. Still, that round was 10-8 for Usyk.

Dishonest. This fight wasn't close. 116-111 in favour of Usyk is as close Fury would get.
