reminder that girl therapy doesn’t need to look like this! it can look like anything from staying in bed all day in pjs with messy hair and watching movies while binge eating, to planning an outfit, doing your skincare and makeup, and going out shopping or whatever you’d like :) as long as you enjoy it 💞 treat yourself, you deserve it!! 🫶🏻
My girl therapy is going out in sun and appreciate the beautiful nature that good has given us and be grateful even for a single breath that i take ❤🌸 it fills me with so much infinite positive energy 💕
My girl therapy is avoiding the outdoors at all costs. I do appreciate God’s art and all things beautiful but I’m just not an outdoorsy girl, and that’s OK. ❤

I feel like yes and no I feel like my laziness what it allow me to do this but if I find some energy I feel like I could do this but not every single day though
This inspired me to treat myself today for making it through the first two months of the year which was one of the roughest of my life thank you so much 💗

No my girl therapy is either taking a cool shower or just sitting outside and noticing all the positive things around me. Bringing food into the bathroom is DISGUSTING 🤮
@@delish9637than that’s you. Obviously you would do this in a clean bathroom which is fine but don’t judge someone else for how the chose to experience it! My boyfriend has done this for me several times after he cleaned the bathroom top to bottom just to do this 🙄 it’s not like you putting on the toilet and sometimes it’s not about bathing it’s soaking and relaxing in the water the bathing would come after 🙄🙄🙄 just say you don’t know how to do it cause your the one missing out!

It’s all to sell these products. Why would you need to sit in the bath with the whole pack of rose petals when you already used it, or the weird skin spray. Also why multiple lip masks? And who’s writing in the bath? Most I’ll do is watch a show on my phone/ iPad so I can lay back and not use my hands
