Does anyone else watch this and feel it is a complete waste of time and money when you can just use hand cream, or body lotion? You do you, but I’m going to stay away from overconsumption and useless routines, when you can do something quite simpler and achieving something like the results for cheaper. Honestly boys don’t really need to understand. Some boys are uncomfortable talking or even knowing what it is and that is okay. There are some stuff us female don’t really understand about guys either, and that doesn’t make us any different. Guys just have to be respectful when it comes to female being in that “time of the month” and woman’s have to be respectful for whatever there going through. None of us have to understand everything about each other, about different genders, were humans and we face through many things many people wouldn’t understand.

Isnt this literally the same as washing your hands and putting lotion? I mean, at the end your hands will still feel soft and clean, even if you didnt use a 15 step hand care routine😭😭

When I'm on those days I don't move, I drink a tea that helps relieve the pain and lets you sleep, but I don't drink anything with ice or put myself in very cold places otherwise I die of pain. (If you want the tea recipe tell me, the truth is it is very effective :P)
