It is possible that you were using POP configuration before the migration. In this case, sent emails are not saved on the mail server and those emails were not migrated.
If you are not getting any error message within Thunderbird, then we should think that your email configuration is correct. If you are receiving the emails in Outlook on the web (via login.microsoftonline.com), then you could try removing the account and adding it again to Thunderbird. Thank you.
If Thunderbird is not finding the MS 365 IMAP settings for any reason, you can still configure it manually. If you can't send email, you should be getting an error message. You will need to check this error message.
Very primitive and strange email client "created in some village in India". 1. - Impossible to see my send emails. Outbox empty forever. "Dancing with a tambourine and satanic rituals" did not help solve the problem. 2. - I create folders in yahoo email. Impossible to see created folders for different mails for example "Work, home etc." 3. - Not synchronize between different computers in different places. I can't be sure that everything work fine and must re-check in original mail account in Yahoo. Waste of time.
@@itwithcarlos Bueno al final desistí, me puse a verificar que tenia problemas con uno de mis servidores exchange. *(lo confirm'e haciendo una prueba en produccion con uno de mis servidores smtp en linux). este fin de semana reinstalare denuevo exchange2019 en otra vp para ponerla contra el exchange2010 y probar todas las configuraciones, thunderbird incluido. Saludos. Pregunta tonta: cuando mencionas MS 365 quieres decir Microsoft Exchange Server en un entorno de laboratorio, no directamente desde internet? como es mi caso.

@@itwithcarlos it's astonishing to me the Godaddy customer support doesn't know how to help their Thunderbird customers.
Thunderbird is an email app that allows configuring your email accounts with Modern Authentication!!!

Please make sure that you configured the account as IMAP, otherwise custom folders and sent won't sync. Thank you.

Hola Luis, si tu cuenta es con MS 365, asegurate que en tipo de autenticacion en la configuracion de Thunderbird tiene Outh2. Saludos!
