@@LivinginSacramentoTV I hope to get to SCLH someday when more homes are for sale. I LOVE the Annadel model with the three-car garage. Paul Gardner gave me a tour there back in 2018 and I fell in love with the community. I trust that they have a good HOA there.
I live in Twelve bridges and it’s beautiful however if you’re moving to the area watch out for PG&E. Some neighbors without Solar are paying $900 plus a month for the utilities.
I love living just off the downtown main drag. I can walk to any of the shopping and stores. It’s getting a bit busier and some people like to drive with the gas pedal to the floor. But it’s still way better than down town sac
@@LivinginSacramentoTV Yep, it’s not quite the same anymore now that a new owner also named Kim owns it. And awful Annie’s is now a waffle house or something. But it is actually quite nice and large servings to boot.
Lincoln is going down hill. Alot of south Sacramento, Oakland ,Richmond, bay area influx of people have moved in . Maybe 500 percent more of these types of people and there was a recent smash and grab at Ulta beauty off joiner. I think it was 3 black females. They also hit up Ross . These people moving in are ruining Lincolns reputation as one of the safest cities around Sacramento. Neighborhood scout had Lincoln was at 60 percentile in the country for crime just 5 years ago. Now Lincoln is In the 40 percentile so it now has more crime than average in the country. Crime has doubled in the past 2 years. Along with the influx of the new demographic
@@jalee6587 Hopefully those were just visitors off the freeway looking for easy pickings. But, agree it is getting harder to walk around town. Homeless are piling up in Mcbean park and even Foskett is having a problem with homeless and drug users camping in their cars
In planning on moving to Lincoln California downtown Sacramento is awful as downtown Los Angeles California i need a more exciting moment in my life something i can enjoy and have a fresh start in life i might move there with my soon to be husband
