      Fact, but Lulu fans are going to be severely hurting when they consume this knowledge….. the absolute GOAT can develop a car to win championship’s, Senna, Prost, Schumacher, and lots of others made a difference when they joined a desperate team, Lewis just took the seat at the right time when the real work was already done…. Yes it’s still amazing to win 7 championships, but it’s not impressive when you didn’t really have to do anything and just enjoy the massive advantage

    Wow, that's so powerful and meaningful. Schumacher dedicated his first F1 Championship to Ayrton Senna. Imagine the battles Schumacher and Senna would've had throughout '94, and possibly throughout '95 and '96 had Senna lived.

      @@RAZGR1Z I am German and was laughed at by Schumi fans, back when I told them, that there is a possibility that Michael never had won a championship, without Ayrton Senna dying on day after Roland Ratzenberger...
      94 Senna
      95 Senna
      96 Senna
      97 Senna
      So by 97 Schumi would have 0 titles. Do you think Ferarri has had signed him, without a single title? I dont think so... But then there would be the possibility that Schumi signes in 1997 at McLaren, because of his ties to Mercedes... Maybe he would have won the 98 and 99 title of Mika Hakkinen...
      No matter how, like you said: We were robbed by awesome battle on track... Schumi vs Senna would have been awesome... And if you add Mika and Jaques to the mix and you got 97-00 with an aging Senna, a prime Michael and prime Mika and Jaques... I would have loved it for sure...
      Senna was my idol... Kinda still is... I was 9 and was karting because of him... I had a bad accident two weeks after his death... I got scared and hung up my helmet for good and switches to my second love: Ice-Hockey...
      I sitll miss Senna... Still could cry, if I think about it... Seeing somebody die on TV at the age of 9 was really hard for me... And he wasnt anybody to me... He was one of the few men, I looked up to...

      @@chrisbee9643Schumacher would have been seen like how Max was seen during Mercedes’ dominance. Obviously extremely talented, and able to galvanize the entire team to support him. Jean Todt would still want to sign him, and Schumacher would still want to bring the important people from Benetton like Ross Brawn with him since Todt was reorganizing Ferrari anyway. I personally do not see the Ferrari juggernaut not happening, even if Senna had lived. You also forget Frank Williams was notoriously cheap with drivers. He pissed of many drivers for refusing to compensate them for being successful. There is no guarantee Senna would have stayed there until 1997, or in F1 at all.

One race where the car caught fire during the pit stop. Cool as you like he goes back out and wins. Inspired my life more than even my parents did. He, along with Valentino Rossi, truly are some of my idols.
      While at times highly controversial and in some seasons clearly helped by a car that was simply better than the field, he always kept it real, pushed as far and hard as he could and battled with so many greats - Senna, Mansell, Alesi, Hill, Villeneuve, Häkkinen, Montoya, Räikkönen and Alonso just to name a few. His never-say-die additude pushed him, as well as the Benetton and Ferrari teams, to new levels and beyond what anyone thought was ever possible.

My admiration for him influenced me in many ways in my life, especially towards my family. As for his perceived flaws/malicious actions, its a sort of a side effect of his competitiveness, as well him being a product of the Senna/Prost era when similar actions must have become examples of acceptable norms in F1 to someone like Michael at his younger age, coupled with Senna being someone Michael apparently has very high regards to. Regarding Lewis Hamilton, I admit that it would be a bit sad for me if Hamilton surpasses Michael's championships and wins. MemeSchool: No doubt, Senna is at the top when it came to qualifying, nobody can out qualify Senna in the same car. In regards to racing, I believe Schumacher had the edge. His fitness and stamina made him more of a complete driver than Senna. There were times when Senna could barely hold up the trophy as he stood on the podium. Schumacher on the other hand, would stand on the podium looking as fresh as he did before he'd raced (regardless how hot the conditions were)... Whether the 94 Benetton was quicker than the 94 Williams is debatable cause I think the 94 Williams was a quicker and better car... What makes Senna and Schumacher the greatest F1 drivers? Their exceptional wet weather drives, this is where they totally dominate, nobody comes close. As long as Senna and Schumacher are at the top of peoples lists, I won't argue as to who was the best. Personally I prefer Michael but that is just an opinion...

    • @michaelmanson5692
      @michaelmanson5692 Před 4 lety

      MemeSchool: You say you don't know how quick the 94 Benetton was compared to the 94 Williams but contradict yourself by also saying Schumacher's car was quicker than Senna's due to legality?

    • @michaelmanson5692
      @michaelmanson5692 Před 4 lety +3

      MemeSchool: Now I think about it, Adelaide 94 and Jerez 97 ain't Michael's fault at all... The blame and shame should be directed at Damon and Jacques. As they were both driving superior Rothmans Williams Renault's (also Williams' best livery), the race should not of gone down to the wire. What Michael did was not right but it was instinct to win and you cannot blame him for trying to win. World championships come around once a year so to be fighting in the last race with an inferior car against the best car of the field, who wouldn't? The bragging rights alone should be enough reason! Michael would of never brought a championship down to the wire if he was piloting the best car, although boring for fans, Michael would of won the championship ages before the last race.

      Maybe because Shumacher said Senna is number 1? So did Nikki Lauda, Hamilton, Gehard Berger, and other great names.
      "Senna is the greatest," said Schumacher. You cannot compare us because we are drivers from different eras, he and I.
      "No-one can know how much more he would have achieved in his career if he had carried on racing."

      @@stepladder3257 He was a great guy to work with. Try to watch something about him. He always told the engineers where the problems were.
      Outside the races he was a very generous man who helped millions of children in Brazil with his foundation. He left a big part of his money in his will to help children as he used to say: we have to create opportunities to children because they are the future.
      If he wasn't a nice person, his funeral wouldn't have so many people.

    The resemblance between Michael and Max is very much there. Hit the ground running, drive in a different way then the others, the rivalry with the then current champion, being the public figure on the grid and also being very private outside the grid. So many similar things. Hopefully Max can get up there with him but Michael for me is still the biggest driver to put a mark on F1.

      @JR422 000 Well Hamilton is an outstanding driver for sure, but i'm not sure he is on the same level as Schumacher when it comes to working with his team.
      You could see that for instance in the finale of the 2016 championship when he basically started to threaten the double victory for Merc, just to have a last desperate chance for the title. I understand that he doesn't like to lose, but what he showed their was just childish.
      It's also interesting what Nico Rosberg said about Schumacher and his determination to bring the team forward. Schumacher gave even input about the behaviour of the car and how to improve it after his last race in 2012. So basically he helped the team to build a car he very well knew he would never drive.

    • @CGIPadawan
      @CGIPadawan Před 3 lety +5

      @JR422 000 No. Hamilton never built a team from the ground up. Never won a championship in a season where his rivals had equal machinery and where he fought tooth and nail. The one time he had a rival in equal machinery in 2016 he was exposed as mentally fragile and given to accusing the team and letting go of his frustrations in public. He did it again in Sochi just last weekend. Hamilton is not great. He may be better at designing clothes and being an activist than being a pure racer.

    Every winner has this view that they've got to win, sometimes at all cost. Schumi, just like any other human being, is not perfect. He made mistake, adelaide 94, jerez 97, monaco 06, hungary 10. But what he did to Formula 1 was unbelieveable. Sure the domination was boring, but when you saw it through the rose tinted glasses, it was such an amazing career for him.
