In this interview, we sit down with a troubled young woman named Hellen. She is a former resident of Baltimore who found herself trapped in the depths of addiction while living in Kensington.
Hellen's denial about her addiction is painfully evident. While attempting to answer our questions, she is overcome with uncontrollable tears and pain that stem from the deep-seated trauma of what we believe to be s*xual assault.
Trauma does not discriminate, and it has the power to affect us just like it did for Hellen.

This poor girl wants help. I actually understood nearly everything she was saying...there is clearly a severe history of sexual abuse. It is horrifying to see the outcome of untreated trauma. I hope this girl can gain control of herself before its too late.
This happens from crack or meth when people dont sleep. Shes in psychosis. In the streets you see MANY people like this. She needs sleep and medical attention yes, but this is not a unique reaction. She just feels comfortable enough to break down in front of him. Shes hurting.
the fact that she kinda laid down in the car and giggled a bit getting out sealed that for me tbh. she may not be able to show it, but behind the psychosis she got some shit off her chest and actually reached some catharsis. i hope she gets the help she needs.
Agreed , I'm a recovering addict and watching this was like watching myself bk , gave me high anxiety watching to be honest . She badly needs sleep first and foremost and treatment and I'm thinking some kind of child abuse has taken place from stuff she's saying , poor girl she needs help ASAP. I'll pray for her 🙏

towards the end there was a sence of stillness in her. almost thought she would have fallen asleep. Only to then realize she had to exit safety back into the loudness and complexity of the world around her.

They need to show this to Junior high kids, to show them what happens when you do cocaine or drugs in general and stay up for a week, i wish i would of seen this when i was school. Dont do drugs is not enough, for people with adhd or other issues already, when did opiates for the first time, i instantly felt comfortable in my skin.

Being scattered into existence. He is able to read ppl like me. High emotional intelligence is key in life. She is fucked up but she is much more aware and conscious than she is able to effectivly communicate. Theres a lot she has to get out of her fucking mind. She doesnt want or need any right answers just someone to give her time.

Yea that was fucked up. Im glad you were able to maneuver this interveiw effectivly and understand her. Even minus the dope she is broken down in the mind. This girl sadly never got any chance to love or value herself and be intune with her gifts. She moves as if shes truly never felt in control of her own body. Like she said as if someome controls her with a remote, eyes always on her now with her dope prob its as she stated . She is scattered into existence

There isn’t any drug to “escape” what she’s feeling but sometimes another terrible feeling is better than the constant hell you experience constantly, without relief.

Damn, she is really hurting and very young.
She’s having drug induced psychosis, and a shit ton of trauma. May be one of the most difficult things I’ve had to watch and listen to, absolutely heartbreaking. But there’s hope she’s young and with a little help she can get better but she’s got a long road ahead of her. I pray she accepts help and becomes the woman she’s meant to be.

I've seen already a few videos of this Channel and its clear you make a good job hearing all these people (which i'm pretty sure they need, to be heard and for a moment feel more human), sadly I don't think its enough. You already do much more than the people who just watch this video and comment, but i think the viewers also want to help. Closing the psych wards was a mistake. They need to re open them but have them monitored and held accountable so abuse doesn’t happen

This was painful to watch, yes drugs are definitely involved, psychosis, sexual abuse………. But it was like watching a woman actually trapped in hell in her own body! She needed to be taken to the hospital in my opinion

This world and the streets we walk can be so unforgiving, for the people who are harmed, alone, with no purpose or support. It's where the weak and the vonrable become the prey of the predators. Drugs can take you to a false reality and let you escape your pain, but it's only ever in fleeting bouts. The cycle continues, and will today be the day God takes me away.
Holy shit, if I was the one behind the camera I would just not be able to not help her.. man I know you are doing a lot for a lot of people just by letting them be heard and reevaluate/ feel & remind them they are human. But out of all the people I've seen on your channel this young girl struck me the most. Fuck... There's no gateway drug to addiction. Trauma is the only gateway drug, undealt with undiagnosed and self-medicated TRAUMA... You can see it in Hellen. She was abused an this is how her pain has surfaced with no one to help her or love her!!
