Maybe when we get a Ritualist that applies Burn instead of Necrosis both Warmy and Ifrits Module will become viable since Ritualists are better to deal Elemental Buildup anyway That being said still sucks that they require a third operator to make them pop off. Ifrit is still Ifrit so shes fine either way but Warmy gonna be Warmying the bench for a good while
I think it's inevitable for more burn support to be released. The questionable thing here is the timeframe and their foresight or lack thereof. Imagine being a CN player, pulling for Warmy with the expectation that they're going to introduce proper burn support to enable her within a reasonable timeframe.
I think the real thing that kills Ray's banner even more than Walter's existence is just that its right before 3 whole ass limited banners basically all in a row. If it weren't for that I'd actually be able to afford it.

Things Ray do better than Wis'adel : 1) Stall enemies with bind 2) Fire rate (Wis'adel s3 is soooo slow that sometimes you need someone to stall for her, Ray doesn't have that issue) 3) Much faster skill cycle 4) Can attack aerial without need of a skill Ray function well alone. Wis'adel need babysitting. Therefore Ray > Wis'adel. Plus bnuuy.
I dislike the whole Hunter Subclass purely because of the reload a Single Bullet and then Fire mechanic, If it were Reload all at once or till back at full it would have been better overall

Warmy looks okay if she has the attack since her skills are cheap, but the burn status not working is just sad. Also, frostleaf and Quartz don’t belong together. Frostleaf does absolutely nothing but Quartz is fine.
Honestly speaking, i feel like the whole cast of characters that inflict damage via DoT's and debuffs should be refitted into elemental damage's, making Frostleaf actually apply frost would be good i think, you could even put the "silence" debuff as a type of elemental damage, if you trigger the silence the enemy skills are disabled for 30 seconds or something like that, also i think we need more units capable of revealing hidden enemies, like Totter and SilverAsh, no i don't count Tsukinogi as a unit, she is a dedicated hidden unit "unveiler" but it's freaking useless, if they added something to her kit like AoE elemental damage or something like that it would excuse her being a 5*, as of right now we have units under 3* more usable than Tsukinogi. In general the whole game needs a rebalance patch for the entire cast, specially Frostleaf, she clearly needs a buff.
@unlimitedslash There's modules that add the actual burn effect coming for operators based around fire (IIRC, Ifrit gets one) and there's already modules for putting Cold effects on operators with cold powers like Pramanix and Frostleaf.
Hear me out if in the alternative universe of arknights where ammo-based skills and hunter ammo are the same think of what Chalter can do to these archetype but she's expensive dp so. My Typhon and Ch'en Alter works together with their ammo skills but having copium of Ammo Saving RNG.😂 Wis'adel may join but she also expensive as Ch'en.
