The iPhone 13 is definitely worth it in 2023, once it goes down in price more after the iPhone 15 comes out, it’ll be an even more great value. since Apple is using the A15 Bionic again, I have a feeling that the iPhone 13 will last even longer probably 7 to 8 years.

@@naseemspeach yep, even though the entire iPhone 14 series is good, only the 14 Pros got most of the upgrades, so I would definitely still buy the iPhone 13 over the 14.
imagine a chip being so powerful that they didn't think to upgrade it at all

I just bought the iPhone 13 for my parents. They came from a iphone 7 and this is a big upgrade. I like your videos wery much. So keep up the good work 👍🏻
I got the iPhone 13 as a second iPhone for my government phone. I love the phone. My primary phone is a iPhone 14 Pro max and I love that phone as well. There are a lot of features that I hate about the iPhone 13 that I have noticed switching between the two phones. Some things like the speed have been marginal and screen size are obvious. The 120 hz is something I do notice a lot between the two phones. I do like the always on display on the 14 better then the off display in the 13. I didn't think I would actually miss it, but I actually do. I find the battery life in the 13 is not even close to the 14 which I expected. I found the speed pretty good on the 13 running A15 processor behind the 14's A16 processor. I would highly recommend the 13 to anyone looking for a great value phone.

I switch my s21 ultra for the iPhone 13… I miss some old configuration and camera zoom… but iPhone apps and battery optimization along with camera integration makes a win for me… even my hand fell rested handling smaller phone … this video is great! Tell you the trusty

Hows the battery life?
Good to me but I always on CZcams a lot so it do drain a lot

Everyone wants different things in a phone. I understand everything that you’re saying with the beautiful display, the iconic battery. I like that you’re not being biased, the 60 Hertz display, ETC. I Personally upgraded from the 14 pro while a brother upgraded to the iPhone 13. The reason why I went for the 14 Pro is for the new chip, I didn’t go for the 13 or 14 because I wanted something new, it’s disappointing if you’re getting a phone that has a chip that has been recycled every year. The camera is dramatically better in the 14 pro and the 120 hertz’s makes the phone feel fresh and new. I don’t think the iPhone 13 is outdated or bad, in fact I believe it’s one of the best iPhones out there. Affordable, reliable and trustworthy. Not everyone will love the dynamic island or the AOD (Always on Display) I do. I really like how interrelated the dynamic island is.
Honestly what drove me to get the iPhone 14 pro is the outdated notch is old to me. It looks like trash in 2023, if anyone wants a phone that can easily last a day depending on what you do on an iPhone, I recommend the 14 pro or the 13. But if you have an iPhone 13 or 13 max- do not upgrade to any 14 in the lineup. The iPhone 13’s are capable of a lot of great things and can sometimes even outperform the new 14’s. 7:41
iPhone 15 & 16 are also going to be 60 hz lol so 13 is definitely value for money.

Been watching this iPhone 13 vids since the day he got it. I got mines way back in March of 2022 and I've been using this iPhone 13 (256gb) for 11 months already.
PROS:
-Performance
-Camera's
-Smooth interface
CONS:
-Battery life
I'm a heavy user. Since I've been playing power heavy games like MLBB, CODM, Apex Legends, Genshin Impact, Diablo Immortal, etc. And the battery cannot last the entire day for me unlike with my Realme XT phone which is 3 years older than my iPhone 13.
I can totally agree with Naseem that the iPhone 13 is a pretty good deal in terms of value. Why? For a $100 less you can get yourself a case. Spigen, Casetfiy, etc you name it pal.
I've been using my iPhone 6 plus for quite some time and I finally made an upgrade to the regular 13 because of the neat features it has. I can't afford an iPhone 13 pro max yet so I'll stick with what my pocket says.
I'm planning to keep this iPhone 13 of mine for 3-5 years before upgrading to the latest iPhone that apple has yet to offer.
To those who wants to upgrade to an iPhone and is on a budget? The iPhone 13 is your cup of tea. Thank me later!

Is the battery life that bad? My usage is not that heavy. In fact, I'll be using Instagram and WhatsApp with some phone calls through the day. I'm really concerned about the battery life thing :/
@@iyas7779 Well he did mention he games a lot on the iPhone 13, so it couldn’t last a day. So based on that, and if you’re only using the iPhone 13 for social media, then it could probably last you a day.
absolutely worth it just got mine over 3 weeks ago and so far I'm loving it don't really care about 160 hertz display or how much storage u use as long as I have a phone that works its fine 👍
I actually wanted the iPhone 14, but the store i went to didn’t have any so i bought the 13 midnight , it’s good but not excellent, actually bought it brand new two weeks ago

I bought the iPhone 13 and even it is worth it, I just can’t deal with the 60hz refresh rate ,I have oneplus 7pro with 90 hz display ,I bought 13 pro and wow ,the 120hz. Refresh rate is just the different even 120hz refresh rate is not as fast as in andriod but it very well optimized and smooth ,but i don’t think that iPhone is worth the hype ,apart from the camera and video of the iPhone 13 Pro,I always pick up my oneplus 7pro to scroll through social media stuff
I don't know about 13 ..i am almost a heavy user I don't think would fit for what i need. And yeah can't believe only the pro models have 120 hz...not even 90 hz for the base models
One important but insignificant upgrade about iPhone 14 you didn’t mention is that it’s using the same A15 chip but it’s the one from the 13 pro with extra GPU core so that extra core allows the 14 to be slightly better for better visuals in games, improved battery life etc
@kp, you are correct. But for a "regular use", I mean pics, calls, CZcams or another streaming, and common applications, this extra graphics core doesn't make too difference. 14 also has camera from 13pro, better aperture for low light. But what who wants to buy needs to think is, it is worth 100 dollars for these items? Maybe yes, maybe no.

The 13 definetly, it's better in camera's and better overall in battery life and performance.

I thought using your phone while charging will ruin the battery? Perhaps you’ve been using your phone while playing games the reason why it became worse. I’ve did that to my iphone 6 before when my dad bought it almost 6 years ago and the battery changed.
Tip: don’t use your phone while charging
And remove all of the opened apps when you’re charging

@@footballfan283 you might want to reconsider as you only get the 14 features and a larger screen but end up paying a very high price when you could get the pro for just $200 more or better yet go for the 13 pro or pro max and get better value
@@ytwatcher2021 here in Europe i have to pay 450 dollars more to get the pro max with 256gb. The 14 pro is already out of the question for me due to its bad battery life. So between the 1,400 dollars 14 plus and 1,800 dollars 14 pro max i just go with the 14 plus
