I agree with a lot of the points in the video. Gaming used to be for everybody, but now it feels like every game needs to be some hardcore multiplayer massive thing

Around the time you uploaded this video, i bought Sonic Adventure on Xbox One because other games that i have are just getting kinda boring or dont feel special. After booting up the game i felt this charm that other games that i own didnt really have.

I’ve been feeling the same exact thing, especially after my house burnt down and I lost almost all of my games. Modern games aren’t fun and all of them feel the same. I just wanna go back, I’m getting too old and I’m not even an adult yet.

I'm really sorry to hear that man. I think you've got to go back to what you used to love. Unfortunately a lot of games coming out now are incredibly uninspired.

... I really should put Destiny down, huh? Step away from a game that used to give me the kind of rush that I can't seem to feel in the slightest from it now without putting myself in harder and harder situations that've turned it less into an experience to enjoy with friends but a bucket list just... because.
This is solid advice. Basic and said before, but sometimes it needs to be said a specific way or with a specific anecdote to hit. I've got other games I can play with my friends just for fun.

I had the same issue with dead by daylight. 1500 hours, but it just isn't as fun. It does suck but there are plenty of other games to play with friends that can revive that same feeling.
