Man I feel you 100%. For my main pillar it’s gym. I eat healthy because I want to make as much gains as possible and get my protein in, and I sleep a lot again for optimal Muscle growth and recovery. So as soon as I fall off my gym grind everything else goes to shit. Preciate you for making this video and being honest/vulnerable, not something u see much these days. This video has really helped me get out of my rut. I always try to remind myself putting things off is just taking happiness away from the future, eventually those things we have to get done keep piling tot he point where it seems dam near impossible to complete them all. I guess I try to treat each one as a side quest which helps too haha

I love your videos and you have a gorgeous beard. Might a suggest you try something different since it grows so fast? Try a horseshoe mustache with stubble for a while. I think you would look badass and if you don't like it you could always go back to your beard without having to grow much.
