I just moved to Stone Oak around the Wildness Oak area. The traffic is horrendous no matter what time or day. The HEBs in the area also always packed. You can't beat the views though.
As a Stone Oak resident for the last 17 years I can attest this place is definitely home
How are The Heights at Stone Oak?
It's one of the few guard gated communities in SA! Really nice with a lot of green belts, cul-de-sac lots, and mature oak trees. We helped some clients buy their home there a few months ago & they love living there. Were you considering a move to the area?
I just helped someone load a tv in their truck yesterday who lives in Stone Oak, it is a nice neighborhood!

I love Stone Oak! It's gorgeous. I used to live in Shavano Park, right next door to Stone Oak. I can remember shopping at that HEB right across from the Vineyards shopping center and seeing famous Spurs players shopping there with their kids!

Hey, thanks for the comment, they're both really beautiful areas! Stone Oak is in the 78259 zip code, just west of Hwy281 and 78259 is just east of Hwy281, with Encino Park being one of the largest neighborhoods there. They're both really close to each other and get places to live.

Hey, thanks for the comment! The majority of the folks we've helped relocate to SA have settled in sururban areas outside of Loop 1604. Those areas are in the Northside & NE Side independent school districts, both of which have exemplary ratings in all of their elementary schools. Stone Oak is probably one of the nicest areas in all of San Antonio. Any school in this area is rated top notch (NEISD).

It's not very common for HOA's to limit the number of rentals. We've actually worked with a number of investors. Were you open to speaking with someone on our team?

🤣🤣🤣 15 minutes of most locations. Stone Oak has been under construction for over 20yrs. Over rated. There's a reason people move out of stone oak. This video is a joke.
