Currently in planning phase for the next 6 months of CZcams work lol
I'm walking for more than 25,000 steps a day, for more than 10 days. For the past three days I have crossed 30,000 steps per day... I.e. 90,000 steps in 3 days. I could feel my leg muscles and calves getting stronger despite the pain I have to endure...🙂
That's very impressive 👏🏻
Lightweight. Because of my job I’ve walked 25k steps a day 5 days a week for the last 34 years. I don’t just “walk” I walk at a pace most can’t keep up. 💪
When I worked at the USPS in 2016 I started with like 210 pounds 4 months later I went down to like 167 pounds. I honestly thought I was sick lol, I left the post office and went back to the 200s. I am walking on my own again best thing ever to lose weight.
Under the desk walking pad is one of the best things Ive ever done
Me too... I knock out 12000 to 15000 steps before I go outside for a walk. I'm paid to walk and lose weight!
Beautiful stuff! I spent 2018 completely dedicate to long distance running, to this day my stamina and endurance is so much better (even though I don't run as much these days).
That's awesome. Great to lay that foundation 🙌🏻
Found out this channel
Good stuff bro subed
Really nicely done. So many of these kinds of videos get boring so quickly, but yours was interesting all the way through. I think in your situation the only way to get that many steps done would be if you could do your work while walking on a treadmill! 😂 well done.
Thank you so much Kimberly! Yes a treadmill at a desk would have been so good haha, also less impactful on your feet 😄
When I worked in the warehouse. it was something like Amazon but less automated, I walked 25 000 steps a day for 2 years.
Sven, what is the stunning town you visited on day 3 hiking day? Great video by the way
I love walking Seven !!! Very beneficial!!! Lol
Incredible
Thank you 🤙🏻
Found you on Reddit cool i walk about 20k steps a day for the last 3 years. It works!
3 years! That's impressive haha
I got a new job and I walk about 20k steps in a day. Ive done this for 9 days now.
The weight loss might have been muscle, considering you were just doing more cardio?? Idk. All i know is you kept it real, and I enjoyed the video.
I hit a weight loss plateau and increased from 10,000 plus a day to 20,000 plus. Did this for a month with no effect. Did not lose 1 lb while maintaining 700 to 800 calorie deficit.
You have lowered your body fat . It happened to me.. do it for 3 months straight and see the fat rip off . First 4 to 6 weeks come with incredible inflammation .
Should do more in the morning
I like your video and you too 😄❤
Very sweet, thank you 🙏🏻
Me after having a long phone conversation:
That made me laugh haha, thanks
It's very difficult to walk 25000 steps wvery single day at the end you are so tired that you don't want to walk anymore By the way nice challenge ❤
It's easy. I said the same thing when I had a weak mindset, excuses excuses. Go and get it done
@@FAITHRESTORED. yes! It's been more than 2 weeks I am trying this it is not that difficult because if you are doing it every single day it's becaming a habit to walk 25000 steps
@@revatisatpute2042 split it into 3 walks a day or two, it makes it a little easier but you'll have to motivate yourself
@@FAITHRESTORED. Thank you for your advice I'll do it that way
@@FAITHRESTORED. by the way you are motivating me too☺️
Maybe you should change the thumbnail to bring more views!
Suggestions always welcome :)
Thank the Lord this is not meant for normal mortal people like myself. 😂😝
Haha yeah a bit less steps is more than sufficient 😄
Lame
I work at a monster warehouse and average 30k steps a day walking is supper legit!
