    I walk 6 steps a day since it should be anything between 5 to 10,000

    You came along in perfect sense pattern with your previous video on Calorie defecit and why you are losing GAINS and over doing cardio!! THIS WAS MY PROBLEM FOREVER NOW and IT MAKES SENSE!! DO NOT OVER DO!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I definitely have comitted to calm down on that now because I do always have house work, walking and I wasn’t seeing anything BUT NOW, I WILL CORRECT THIS AND I WILL SEE!!!❤❤❤

    Thank you, its true. I have Cardiac Arrythmia and its VERY important to not have my heart rate up too high or you know, I can ☠️. I usually do 20 minute statis bike, with 3 minute pedal to 1 minute rest interval, plus 10 minute stretch to cool down. Its slow, I guess, but it helps control my weight.

      Can you show how the proper way to use the elliptical. For example keep the foot flat toward the back of the pedal or front which is better. Plush is it better to use the push pull bars or keep hands on the grips I'm new to the elliptical so these are my questions. How long should a newbie start out for

      Because JACKING UP your heart is EXCESSIVE and can have side effects. You want to stay in Cardio or Fat burn mode. That’s the key 😊 (if I learned correctly😅, cuz it has helped ME)
