I like electric tools so much, but all the work could be done even with manual tools, the problem is that it takes much longer. Look at the second part where I finish the pedalboard. Thanks for commenting!

Thanks a lot. I thought about it, but it was a bit complicated and I finally gave up. I didn't follow a standard, I designed it imagining everything I wanted to put into it... I took note of all the video tutorials I looked at, it would have been a disaster without it! The materials I bought them in a specialized shop in my country, but now they are online everywhere, you have to be careful to ask for advice before ordering, to be sure that everything is compatible and dimensioned to your project.

matteo tonelli lo spessore del multistrato varia in base al lavoro che devi fare e a cosa deve contenere. Io nei filmati che hai visto ho usato betulla da 7mm. Attento a non sbagliare neppure di 1mm con la squadra e le misure del tuo progetto. Grazie mille

Non si spacca il legno se si usano i rivetti giusti, della misura giusta e si fa un foro pulito
@@TheMusemush Nello specifico.. "rivetti giusti" cosa intendi? Sono di alluminio molto manleabile? E' un tipo di rivetto più specifico per essere utilizzato con il legno? Grazie..

Un'ultima domanda perdonami... Fino a che peso può sopportare una case del genere? Devo costruirne una per portare un set di giradischi da Dj e mixer. Cosa mi consigli?
Per quello che devi fare tu puoi stare tranquillo anche con componenti leggeri e multistrato da 7 mm, che ho usato anche per realizzare il FC di un pesante amplificatore per chitarra elettrica (ben più pesante del carico che conterrà il tuo). Ho anche pubblicato il video con le fasi di lavorazione, se ti va dai un’occhiata!

Mi è stato sconsigliato dai migliori professionisti del settore della mia zona. Mi dissero tutti che la tenuta dipende soltanto da tutti i vari profili angolari ed i rinforzi rivettati. Ciao
Esa caja vacía ya debe pesar una tonelada..., imagínense cuando tenga los 15 pedales dentro, incluyendo el cry baby que pesa como un ladrillo de cemento...uffff mierda para llevarlo en una dolly.

You're right, it's not light, but it was inevitable, as you say well, it is impossible that a FC with many pedals is not heavy (together with the structure that holds them together).
With music today there are two ways: modernity with Kemper and the like, then there is the analogue and the valves.
I still prefer old school :-)

Comode le ruotine. .. però per usarle comodamente avrei messo le maniglie al contrario...anche per trasportare la pedalboard
Gabrinetto Lindo è stato il grosso errore di tutto il lavoro. Non so se potrò recuperarlo, è molto scomoda da trasportare con le maniglie al rovescio. Potrei provare a forare i rivetti e a rimontare nel senso giusto ma c’è una buona probabilità di fare danni invece che sistemare... Grazie ottimo intervento.
@@TheMusemush anche a me ahimè è capitato di dover correggere dei lavori...se il rivetto è passato da parte a parte risulta abbastanza semplice levarli senza fare troppi danni..in più i fori della maniglia sono simmetrici....io le ruoterei
@@suchitarrista hai ragione, ha senso farlo. Portate pazienza, era la prima volta in assoluto che mi cimentavo nella realizzazione di un flight case e mi sono lanciato subito in un progetto decisamente complesso... :-) Grazie mille sempre.
